The house was cute and seemed to be fairly new. The owner provided most kitchen needs, bedding and towels. The listing needs to give more information on what is included, we did not know there would be Wi-Fi until we showed up and what would be included. There was no additional paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags. This would have been helpful to know beforehand so we could have brought some along. Again not really an issue if the ad would have stated and I give them the benefit of the doubt since it is a new listing.
The neighborhood is not the best…quite a rough looking area. The house is surround by very run down trailer homes several with trash and couches in the yards. My son stayed in the pull out sofa and was woken up at 4am by lights shining in the kitchen window. He got up to look out and saw a man next door just standing in the yard flashing a flashlight in the windows of all the neighboring houses and ours. This was luckily our only experience that sort of freaked us out. There is a gate but we could not lock it so we did not use it.
The drive into the house is a pretty steep hill and my truck spun the tires almost every time coming into the lot. There was a lot of space which was nice just very steep and dirt. We did not use the fire pit but my boys enjoyed the front patio.
