Additional Space!

We live in the area, however, needed additional space (bedrooms and bathrooms) for the family members coming from out of state. Worked out perfectly! Our host was easy to contact and responded immediately. Very helpful in our situation. He was friendly, understanding and respectful to our guests. All-in-all, this property was exactly what we needed.

Steps to the Lake

The condo was very nice and decorated lovely. Brand new nice master shower. The grounds like tennis court was a little dated and needed some TLC. It was more than 'steps' to the lake maybe b/c the drought and lake was so low. Prop mgr/owner very attentive and responsive with any questions.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few small critiques, initial communication was IF-y..I didn’t receive any check in info through VRBO inbox, as has been my experience, so check in day I was having to contact VRBO customer service to relay communication to owner. Once that was established, we got our instructions for check-in, and got to arrive early. The condo was cozy and nicely furnished. The kitchen is small, however, use of space was decent, making one of the counters more of a prep area would be nice. Bedrooms were spacious and bed are comfortable. The new master shower was gorgeous. only “flaw” I see is getting the water turned on and trying to not get wet, as the door opens one end and shower head and water face that direction, I rotated the shower head toward wall when exiting so as to have water heat up and not spray myself clothed. We as women would have liked a full length mirror somewhere. The back porch opened up to a view of the lake, the property should evaluate removing the tennis courts inhibiting the view, they were obviously not used, grass growing in the court, nets gone or torn, kinda of an eye sore. All in all the accommodations were wonderful and a great time was had by all of us. We even stayed an extra night and would stay again in the future.

Relaxing

Place was super clean, our family enjoying staying here and would defiantly stay here again. Any question we always received fast responses. I would Highly recommend this place close to horseshoe tubing and lake.

Great spot for a staycation!

My husband and I enjoyed a nice weekend staycation. The condo is right by the water, just a 5 minute drive away. It has great views, refinished bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Also, there is an unexpected perk of families of deer who live right in the area. Highly recommend Joe’s condo!

Very nice Condo

The condo was updated and nicely decorated, supplied almost everything needed except food and drinks. Beds were comfortable and it is just 5 min from Brookshire Brothers grocery and a beach park on the lake. There is not an address that I could find on the building so it was not real easy for me to understand which building I was going to since maps also shows another complex further down with the same address. I was able to go for walks/runs down through the RV park and down to the lake every morning. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit for rental.

Felt like home

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was big enough, but not too big. It was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife. Check in and out was simple. Many basics were provided. There was a grocery store and Dollar General very close by that made it easy to get anything else we needed. We are so appreciative that it was pet friendly so we could bring our small dog. He enjoyed running in the grass and on the hills. We would stay here again.

The Condo was a great choice. It was comfortable and very clean. We visited a couple of wineries and enjoyed Gruene Market Days. Mainly enjoyed sitting on the patio catching up with old friends.

The apartment was just as listed. Location is great for exploring canyon lake and nearby areas like Gruene. Host is extremely communicative and caring. We left behind a pair of air pods and the owner sent them to us. Highly recommend.

Texas/Iowa family gathering.

The unit was spacious and very clean. All of the outdoor seating made it possible for us to host a family dinner for 14 people. Our host was easily available to communicate with and was very accommodating. We very much enjoyed our 4 day stay and would stay again should the opportunity arise!

What a wonderful place to stay!

This condo met all of my expectations. We went to visit family in NB and at Canyon Lake, and the location was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and near anything you may need; stores and food (good food, too) just around the corner. The condo was super clean, decorated nicely, so relaxing. All of the bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Management here was really professional and friendly, and we really appreciated them checking on us via text regarding check-in and check-out and to make sure all was well because we stayed during an arctic cold-front/3 day freeze! We were warm and cozy and had zero problems! Thanks for the great accomodations!

Awesome value, incredible host and location.

Great place! Nice patio to enjoy morning coffee while looking at the lake. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Host extremely responsive. Lots of deer in the eve. Close to a nice grocery store. Kitchen small but well planned/organized. Close to all the fun hill country attractions and concert venues. Highly recommend. Will stay again.
