Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly, with 5 comfortable beds, 2 full-size air mattresses, and thoughtful extras like a stroller and a foldable kids’ table with chairs.
Start your mornings right at the fully stocked coffee bar, complete with coffee, creamer, and a variety of sweeteners. With Smart TVs, WiFi, and all the essentials provided, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The backyard is truly a highlight and a favorite among guests. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and property, giving you the privacy and space to fully unwind.
Parking is easy and convenient, with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 additional cars parked parallel in front of the home. Please note: grass parking is not permitted, and trailers or motorhomes cannot be accommodated.
To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, this is a pet-free property.

Spend the day at Schlitterbahn, explore the charm of historic Gruene, or boating and fishing around Canyon Lake or enjoy tubing in the Guadalupe River around the famous Horseshoe.
From local restaurants and breweries to beloved annual festivals like Wurstfest, Hill Country Beer Festival, and Gruene Wine & Music events, there’s always something to experience nearby. Plus, both Austin and San Antonio are just about 45 minutes away; perfect for a day trip

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be provided via email.
2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.
3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.
4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, vaping, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Guest Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental
11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
