The Space:

Happy Hound Poolside Retreat is a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite located on the lower level of a home in Canyon Lake. Guests enjoy their own private entrance, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchenette, in-unit washer and dryer, and outdoor patio space.

Outside, guests have access to a shared pool, fire pit area, and fitness room. The property is designed to be a relaxing home base for exploring Canyon Lake, the Guadalupe River, New Braunfels, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country.

Dog lovers will feel right at home here. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and fee, making it easy to bring your furry family members along for the adventure.

For guests looking to enjoy the water, kayaks are available and the owners may be able to assist with transportation to a nearby launch location. A signed waiver is required and will be provided by the owners.

The owners reside in the upstairs portion of the home and respectfully share certain outdoor amenities while allowing guests to enjoy their own private accommodations.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the lower-level guest suite, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, and private patio.

Guests also have shared access to:

• Swimming pool

• Fitness room

• Fire pit area

• Outdoor seating areas

Parking is available in the driveway and on the designated grass parking area located to the right of the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Canyon Lake, Happy Hound Poolside Retreat offers easy access to everything that makes the area special. Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or hiking, then return home to relax by the pool.

The property is conveniently located near Canyon Lake boat ramps, parks, restaurants, wineries, live music venues, and local shopping. Guests are also within a short drive of New Braunfels, Gruene, the Guadalupe River, Schlitterbahn, and many popular Hill Country attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is essential to enjoy your stay at our Canyon Lake house. Short drives to the nearby restaurants and shops



Other Things to Note:

**Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Any number of overnight guests over 4 will have an extra fee. Maximum number allowed is 5 due to the septic.

Dog friendly on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, there is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (up to $100 per pet per month). 2 pets max. No cats or ferrets allowed. When out for a walk, please have pets on leash and pick up after them
