"The home was as pictured-nicely furnished and good sized bedrooms. "

"Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance....

"We really loved the location being just steps from the beach. We had a family of 11 there & it was spacious enough for us all. Also, glad there was 3 full bathrooms. I like the fact you can bring your dog, even though we didn't. The sundeck has been repaired, it has a beautiful view up there. The property company called to make sure everything was good, we told them there wasn't many pans & casserole dishes, so they had all kinds of new cookware delivered to us whitin a couple of hours....

"This was exactly what we were looking for on this trip! Short walk and easy access to the beach, a short car ride to all the shops/restaurants, and the property couldn’t have been any more perfect for our small group of people and a puppy dog! 10 out of 10 would recommend!! "

"The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! "

"The house was everything we wanted. The main living spaces were large and the bedrooms were nice. We ended up with 13 adults in the house. Nobody had problems with the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and was large enough for what we needed. Everything we saw in the listing was true. The pool and hottub were great and the beach was a short walk from the house. We will stay here again"

"We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house was perfectly suited for our needs and we had a wonderful time with our friends and family. We make the trip to Pensacola annually for this holiday reunion and would choose this property every time if we could. *my only criticism would be that the queen mattresses were not the most comfortable and could probably use replacing in the near future."

"Beautiful clean home. Location is good however beach access doesn’t have a lot of parking, which isn’t in their control. If you have young kids best bet is to stay not during any holiday due to beach parking. Cleanliness was spot on, along with the layout for our family. Fence in yard was a blessing for the dog and grandkids"
