tried to cancel 7 days before the stay thru email, thru phone call, thru expedia agent. because of a visa denial. they said they talked with hotel to try to get cancellation. but when i called the hotel expedia never called or tryed nothing.

Toller Aufenthalt in Fiesch
Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und er hat mir sogar etwas persönlich vorbeigebracht, das ich in der Ferienwohnung verloren hatte. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön!
