Bonita casa a 5 min del centro

Estuvimos muy agusto en esta casa, en nuestro caso éramos una familia. Pudimos disfrutar algún día desayunando en el jardín, y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Lo recomendaría sin duda. El propietario nos facilitó un aparcamiento cercano.

We doubt there’s a better place to stay while in Canterbury. The host went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. À walkable distance to all landmarks. The Welcome Basket was a nice touch.

As soon as I mentioned a problem with the downstairs shower, the landlord had it replaced immediately with a new one. The location is fantastic and every appliance in the cottage worked without fault. We felt very happy and comfortable during our month-long stay with our son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter from Germany. The only downside - which has nothing to do with the accommodation or lovely landlord - was that I parked my car in Canterbury High Street, Best Lane car park. I paid JustPark to park my car for a month and I would not recommend this to anyone. The parking spaces are very tight and someone hit my car causing considerable damage and just drove off. As there is no CCTV surveillance of the actual parking spaces, I cannot find out who the culprit was. This was a disappointing end to the holiday but did not spoil our stay in beautiful Canterbury. Thank you Neil

A Canterbury gem!

This property is an excellent base for exploring Canterbury. It's quiet and secluded, yet still close to all amenities. The grocery store is a short walk, and the local pub is a great place to unwind after your days adventure.

Cottage Gefühl...mitten in der Stadt ...

Unsere Woche in Canterbury war super...typisches englisches Cottage in einer perfekten Lage, keine 5 min zu Fuss bis Stadtzentrum, bis zentrale Bushaltestelle für ganzen Kent Bezirk und bis zu grossem Supermarkt. Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, man findet alles was man braucht inkl. komplette Küche. Kommunikation mit Besitzer einwandfrei. Danke !

Charming cottage

Augustine’s cottage is a lovely, old house in a set of row houses just outside of the walls of the City of Canterbury. Close to the cathedral and city centre but very quiet and absolutely charming.There is a lovely garden out front and a deck with a BBQ and back yard out back. The downstairs has a living room, dining room, sun-filled kitchen, and bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower upstairs.There is a Waitrose just around the corner for all of your shopping needs.Do visit the cathedral and abbey and take the opportunity to attend choral evensong at 5:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this property.

Wunderschönes Cottage in Canterbury

Wir (Mein Mann, ich und unsere drei Töchter, davon ein Teenager und zwei erwachsen) waren über Silvester in diesem schönen Cottage. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig, aber die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ein Waitrose und ein Tesco Express ebenfalls. Dazu organisiert der Vermieter im Vorhinein einen überwachten Parkplatz, der nur 200 m entfernt ist, so dass man sich darum nicht kümmern muss. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, alles war wie beschrieben bzw. noch besser (ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Wasch- und Spülmaschine etc.). Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt nach der Ankunft sehr wohlgefühlt und über dieses herrliche Feriendomizil gefreut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war großartig, sehr schnelle Reaktion, alles ganz unkompliziert und mehr als hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Kurzurlaub, wir kommen alle gerne wieder!
