"When we saw the room was disappointing. In the description it said it has heating, but the only thing it had was a little heat fan. We probably wouldn't have taken that room (or hotel) if we had known it. By the way, our bathroom had a water leak (or it seemed it), but when we arrived at night we found a cockroach in the room and we asked for to change the room. Finally, they found that a pipe was broken. One last thing, the description said "free wifi" and it's true, but only 500MB. Nowadays...

"Es un poco pequeño, el lavabo minúsculo y con grifos separados. Una de las habitaciones no tiene nada más que la litera. El resto bien."

"The room was OK but the sign outside said B&B. Could not find any breakfast. Don't know if it was included in the booking. No-one around. Bar was unattended. We saw someone drift in and out of the complex but he was not very helpful. The only time we got to speak to him was to see if we could do an early check-in, but no, the door is locked until 2pm. We were 30mins early. Can't really say the service was good, but the room was OK."

"Peaceful surroundings located up a valley 2km from Hamner Pools. Spacious tourist flat with all amenities. Enjoyed our stay."

"Great little motor park camp. Excellent location by beach far enough away from Chch but still close. A bit old school with lots of messy permanents - but otherwise a good spot. Caravan and huts are cute; clean and good value. I’d recommend it."

"Great overnight stay again though the heatpump was noisy and struggled with the winter temperatures. A blind over the kitchen window would be a great addition. Great location to experience the New Brighton Pier & hot pools"
