True glamping experience. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and property. Since the road was washed out due to flooding it was a bit of a walk from the top parking lot to tent, but otherwise a good stay.

Great stay—exactly as described. The tent was clean with comfortable linens, and the shared bathrooms were kept very clean and well-maintained. Make sure to pack like you're going camping (bring your own towels, lanterns, and gear). The only downside is the rough gravel approach road off the highway. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay and only 20–30 minutes from Bryce Canyon!

The place and the tents are really nice and well-cared. The bed was comfortable and it was very pleasant to sleep during the night. Be mindful that during summer it might be a little harsh during the day because of the heat.

It was a new experience staying here, with no electricity and wifi. Just you and nature. If you read the reviews, you will know what to expect. So we went there only when the sun was down, and we hanged out at the waterfall near Mossy cave. At night, you get a chance to see the clear sky and good spot for stagazing.

The tent was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable, so overall it was a nice camping experience. However, it was not clearly stated that towels are not provided. There was also no staff member on-site to speak with, and with no cell reception, there was no way to contact anyone. The biggest issue was the noise. Groups of guests were extremely loud until around 4 AM, and with no staff present to enforce quiet hours, we barely slept.

Ok glamping site but expensive for what it was. Not somewhere to hang about for long in the day. May want to consider offering more blankets rather than heaters for tents although night sky was good.

First time to glamp, enjoyed being away from the city. Even with all the tents, it was very quiet. Pathway is well lit in the dark but not too bright to keep it natural. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Bed was comfortable and warm, even in mid 20s. Would definitely do it again.

Pros: Our stay was incredibly cozy and comfortable. As big fans of tent camping, we absolutely loved the experience. The absolute highlight of the trip was the stargazing—it was spectacular! If you’re looking for a comfortable outdoor getaway with incredible night skies, this is a must-try. Cons: The only downside was the bathroom facility. It felt a bit too rustic and basic; there is definitely room for improvement there.

We LOVED our stay in our Yurt! Checkin was super easy, host was on the property and happy to help assign our yurt and gave great recommendations for food in the area! (Highly recommend Showdowns for a fun dinner) we stayed on a chilly and very windy night so we opted to use their space heater but honestly did not even need it with how comfy and cozy the bed was with a million blankets to stay warm. The bathrooms are also very clean and easy to use! Great experience all around!

Wonderful experience! Joined a fire and met some other people staying at the camp site. Showers had hot water. Tents were very clean and bed was super comfortable! Definitely doing this again!

Very primitive property. Basically tents in a field. No shade, no cold water for showers. Very hot.Thankfully water levels low in Utah otherwise you would have to drive thru water to get to property.

The tents were very clean and the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress pads and yummy soft sheets with a warm comforter. The bathrooms were clean. It woukd have been nice to have gravel parhs as after it rained the dirt turned into a very sticky mud. It was a nice experience overall.

As 2 college girls we booked the two bed tent and were extremely excited to stay at the property however we got stuck in a flash flood and experienced extreme rainfall, thunder, and lightning to the point that the highway to even get to the property was closed. Management did nothing to understand that we were unable to make it to the property and only offered a credit that would expire within 3 months of our booked stay with no ability for us to actually use it. I find it extremely embarrassing and awful that the property did nothing to resolve the situation, inform us of safety procedures during natural disasters, and only focus on making money. I do not recommend since management will do nothing to ensure your safety, peace of mind, or show any ounce of understanding.

This place has a multitude of restrictions and cancellation parameters. However, due to the road being washed out we were not given a refund. They expected us to walk across treacherous terrain with luggage, food, dogs, and a person with a cane. Not to mention leaving our car next to the highway. Then, because of no food in the tent at night we would have to make the trek again. They ordered to rebook us but that was not an option for us. They could have established a shuttle service until the road was fixed or made a higher priority to get the road fixed. Still was uncomfortable leaving car close to the highway. We emailed back and forth about the refund but we missed the window to cancel. Was never told in advance about the road to cancel. Customer service is not one of their high priorities.
