Cozy welcoming home!
Its an older home but was roomy especially in the common areas….good views of the beach. Loved the deck. Plenty of room for us all. We all enjoyed it.

At least the view was beautiful
The views from the dining and living room are just as pretty as the pictures. That is the only reason I am giving this 3 stars and not less. I will get to the bug issue last but we rented this house for three reasons, the view, the fireplace and the king size bed. A week prior to my trip I emailed asking if I need to bring my own firewood and was advised yes. When we arrived we learned the fireplace was out of order. No mention of that in the listing OR when I emailed asking, showing my interest in it. As for the bed, there are no blinds or curtains in that room and a VERY uncomfortable bed. Every other bedroom has blinds but not the master so you get the sun to wake you up, if that is your thing. It’s not ours. Then there were the bugs…. When the sun came out (it is still winter) all of the windows facing the beach had lady bugs crawling across the tops of them, in and out of the house. Not the scariest of bugs but disturbing to have a bug infestation they refused to acknowledge as an issue. There are other small things wrong with the house but nothing too big. We called to report the fireplace and the leak in the fridge so it was noted and they gave us a small nightly credit. When we called and reported the bug infestation they said they would call back and then refused to do so. Over text I was told twice a manager would call me back and never heard from them. Horrible property management experience. Great view and great beach access. Will we stay at this home again? No.

Quiet beach stay at it's finest
Wonderful property located just outside the busy area of town but close enough to shop or eat at restaurants at your leisure. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and main living area. Very close access to beach. Stocked kitchen for home cooked meals. We will book it again whenever we want a quiet stay at the beach with all the comforts of home.

Beautiful spot, easy access to the beach and wonderful for family . Could update appliances in the kitchen (we were saving money by cooking at the house) but, otherwise fantastic!

Lots of stairs, some un-even. Smaller than the pictures showed. Not much of a view. Otherwise, it was fine, well-equipped. But felt a bit dated.

House in need of love.
Where to begin, upon entry the door knob was extremely loose and could possibly fall off. Having stayed on the coast a few times we expect a musty smell, but this had an off putting odor, black mold. We first went up stairs to tour the view and when we turned toward the living room area there was a wet bar sink(we think thats what its for) and the faux cabinet drawer fell off when we walked past it and exposed nails. This fell a few times until we finally gave up, but that is dangerous for a family with smaller kids. We found some windows didn't work properly and had to go push them closed from outside and later try to remember which we could use and which will get stuck. Outlets were loose and phone chargers would fall out of them, was a little nervous about plugging things in for too long. Kitchen sink leaked and there was black mold below the sink. Ancient stove maybe some instructions even if it works perfect. Towels and sheets were stained, light cover in the room our daughter stayed in on the first floor closest to the bathroom was dirty and moldy. Shower curtain in the second floor bathroom was very moldy and made us regret not bringing shower shoes. All of the walls and doors were dirty looking, a couple of buckets of paint could work wonders here. We are totally fine with outdated decor, but it looked like it probably hasn't seen a paint brush or good deep scrub since the early nineties. Some of the "decor" just looked like it had been frozen since the 80s and haven't seen a duster since they were hung (duck tapestry hanging in the dining room with cobwebs all over, etc). No locking door knobs on bathrooms or bedrooms (doorknobs are fairly inexpensive and easy to install). We ran out of toilet paper (the house only had two half used rolls of cheap TP). I wouldn't even care about the quality of TP, but for what we spent to stay there, a couple of spare rolls of would have been nice. No paper towels at all . This was the third vacasa stay we have done, and by far the least stocked/clean/comfortable. There was a bag of trash left in one of the decorative boxes by the cleaning people. Seemed unusual compared to our prior stays with VACASA /vrbo. The house has tons of potential, beautiful location, nice little yard, great views....interior just neglected. A little refreshing and maintenance is over due. We made the best of the situation, ate out a lot, spent most of our time out on the beach which was lovely.

Great celebration
Had a great weekend. The view was breath taking. The house had everything we needed. The fire place was wonderful in the morning and evenings. The beach access was great and we even had a fire on the beach watching a beautiful sunset. Can’t wait to go back to this wonderful property

Great time, great house...
We had a really great stay. House was great, all the amenities needed were available. I can't give it 5 stars for two reasons. There is a house being built next door, it wasn't terrible, but the noise was pretty constant. Also, the master bed was... not great to put it mildly. Basically to squeaky single beds pushed together. Upgrade the mattress and we'll be back, no question!
