'Elegant French Style Apartment' in the heart of Antibes, close to the beach

  • First floor charming apartment, which has all the amenities you are looking for: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, stove/oven with hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender), , washer and dryer, TV in one room, wireless internet, stereo, covered terrace including dining and lounge area.
    The bedroom and the guest room come with a double bed. A sleep couch (double bed size) is available in the living room. All rooms open up through French doors to Juliet balconies! The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub, one large vanity ( can be used by two persons at the same time) and a towel/storage closet. linens and towels are provided. Heating and air-conditioning throughout the apartment will comfort you in any season.
    Starting January 1, 2011 we offer a secured garage parking space, 5-8 minutes away from the apartment (Parking is not included in the rental price. We offer parking for free to our guests during their stay.)


    Children are very welcome in our apartment. We provide a foldable baby-bed, linens and bedding, toys for the beach etc.

    Special Offer: Big savings for the month of November 2024 (only full month), we offer you a discount of 50 % of the monthly rental price.
    Enjoy the life on the beautiful Cote d‘ Azur!

    From December 2024 through March 2025 we offer our guests a discount of 30 % of the rental price (end-cleaning, fees from Vrbo not included) for monthly bookings (28 days and more).

I have stayed at Waltraud's lovely apartment many times and will come back over and over. As I have said before, it is as well equipped as my own home and my home is very nice. In fact, last year, when are whole family was in Antibes, I had them over for cocktails and they said, this looks like somewhere you would live. They meant it as a compliment and I do too. Jenni, the manager for Waltraud is a treasure and super and available. By the way, this year tested the AC and it worked like a charm.

We loved this apartment. Location is great, the decor is beautiful, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Communication with Jenni, the property manager, was easy and efficient. Our only concern was the parking. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the free parking was not suitable for us and this became a challenge. Otherwise, all was wonderful.

I have stayed here several times now and it feels like home to me and I mean that in the best way. Twice visitors have remarked that it looks like somewhere I would live. And local manager Jenni is a dream.

Delightful apartment in centre of Antibes

Beautiful spacious well-equipped apartment very close to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the sea, the station, and the old town.We stayed in December and loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year as soon as we got home.

Die gesamte Wohnung war ein Traum. Super eingerichtet..die Lage suuuper...Mittendrin in Antibes..besser geht es nicht..Nichts hat gefehlt. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt.

Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location cannot be beat. We spent 11 days here getting to know Antibes and it was a perfect base. Old town Antibes and the surrounding beaches are an easy walk, and the apartment was well equipped for a most comfortable stay! Jenni is an incredible manager - easy to communicate with, warm and friendly with insightful information about Antibes. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Perfect apartment with everything that you could wish for. Loads of space and very homely. Perfectly located for beach, restaurants and train station and literally on top of a great bus service to adjacent towns. Loved our stay and highly recommend.
