    PARKING
    Parking is accessed via the back alley off 10 Street. The main parking area is located in the interior courtyard, with a few additional stalls available off the alley. Conveniently located just a block away from Main Street, making it easy to park and explore on foot. There is also a paid parking lot between 9 & 10 Street, directly across from the front of Brookside Lane complex.

    LIVING
    Step back in time and settle into a living room made for slow mornings and good company. With retro charm, classic board games, and a Smart TV ready for movie nights or binge-worthy series, it’s the perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying an easy Sunday morning coffee.

The spacious harvest dining table comfortably set for eight, it’s the perfect place for gathering, challenging the kids to a night of board games, and enjoying mountain time together in style.

    SLEEPING
    Unwind in one of three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully outfitted with a plush queen bed made for sprawling out after a day of adventure or curling up for a slow mountain morning. With warm, inviting touches and a Smart TV in every room, you can end the evening with your favorite movie in bed or ease into the day with coffee and a quiet show before heading out.
    The living room sofa transforms to offers an additional queen bed. Every bed is thoughtfully outfitted with soft linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating night`s rest for all.

    BATHROOM
    Two full bathrooms offer the perfect place to relax, refresh, and reset. One features a classic four-piece layout with a soothing tub and shower combination—ideal for a long soak. The private three-piece ensuite is outfitted with a sleek walk-in glass shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of adventure and settling into a slower pace. Fluffy towels and premium toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, for a comfortable, spa-like experience.

    LAUNDRY
    Quality full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right within the suite, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays. Complimentary laundry detergent provided, so you can pack light and travel with ease.

    ** NOTE** WEEKLY HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
    Scheduled every Tuesday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If a statutory holiday falls on the Monday before the scheduled maintenance, service will be rescheduled to Wednesday of that week between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
    *95% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.

    CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
    * Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
    * Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
    * Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
