Property was easy to find coming in from Calgary. We arrived early but contacted our condo liaison and we were able to check in earlier than usual. Hot pool and one hot tub were not functioning at full temperature capacity (they were both about 82 degrees F... This caused the other two fully functioning hot tubs to get crowed especially at night. Underground parking was a nice feature as we got snow on several different occasions so we never had to clear off our vehicle as we headed out to ski for the day. Restaurants in downtown Canmore were easy to navigate to from this location as was access to grocery store in town. Highway access was super simple and straight forward from the Lodges of Canmore so it made it very easy to jump on the highway and head to Banff, Norquay, Sunshine, or Lake Louise on a daily basis. Having a working washing machine and dryer in our condo was awesome. We were able to dry all skiing gear each night and not have to clutter our living area with wet clothing/gear. Would totally recommend this location and will be back again!

Cozy little unit, best suited for a couple, there is a sofa bed ,but not very comfortable for our 17yr old son. Hosts were very accommodating, quick to respond to messages. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Amazing!
We loved the location. Easy to get to any of the restaurants in Canmore, and a short 45 minute drive to Kananaskis Nordic Spa. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. We will definately be back! Thank you Zach!

Uncomfortable Furniture
The furniture in this unit was uncomfortable. The couch needs replacing, the lighting needs to be better, the kitchen chairs need cushions (edges of chairs dig into back of legs). The building itself is quite noisy, and the door has a terribly squeaking sound due to the air flow in the hallway (door does not close tightly).

Hi Jen, Thanks for your feed back! This is the first time that I have received some complains on the coach, door and noisy in this condo. It is a pretty new Lazy-Boy sofa that can be used as a sofa bed too. Lodge at Canmore is a very quiet resort. The door can close firmly. It is a very good quality door that Lodge at Canmore has a high standard in noise control. Hope you didn’t impact by the weather during your vacation. Lovely small condo
I love staying at the Lodges. The pool is great. So fun to swim in the heated pool when it’s cold outside. The condo is immaculate. It would be small for any more than two people unless you aren’t planning to spend much time there. It was perfect for us. It was nice to have a deck and view of nature.

Enjoyable
We loved how there was coffee ,clean towels ,washer dryer,tv with lots of channels.I wished it had a deeper clean.behind the bedside tables , bathroom floor. A suggestion to make the livingroom more comfortable would be a sectional couch.Loved having the hot tub and pool included.

We loved the accommodations. We did have trouble with the dryer knob not working. Heated garage is a plus. Check-in was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and awesome pool.
We loved our stay here everything between us the owners and the property manager were great. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the gentleman at the desk when we checked in, hopefully he was just having a bad day. Definitely would recommend this condo though and would stay here again.

Perfect Place for a Couple
Check in was a very easy, less than 5 minute process. Walking in to our place, it was perfectly in order, and larger than we thought! It had everything we needed for our stay. The towels and bed linens were all nice and clean. Mattress on main bed was very comfortable and although we didnt use the pull out bed-it looked new! Could use a vacuum under the bed/behind furniture-otherwise one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. :) The main pool and hot tub were great. Close to all wedding events we attended and walking trails were right there as well. Quick communication during our stay with property manager. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you Sabrina & Zach

Clean condo unit
Condo unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Good location within Canmore and good value for the money. Small hiccup at check-in as property manager hadn't sent the booking to the front desk, but it got resolved pretty quickly. Overall happy with stay.

Canmore Retreat
When we went to check in at the front desk, they said they did not have a record of our stay in their system and asked us to contact our host. The front desk said this happens all the time (not sure if it’s the hotels system or if it’s the hosts (not just our host) not sending the required info in). Nice underground parking. Heated pool and 3 hot tubs; only checked out 2/3 hot tubs and the one at the pool was definitely not hot, but the other one was hot with a little more privacy. Kitchen was not well stocked (minimal plate ware, only salt and pepper and were running low on both, no coffee, only 1 cutting board, etc.). Place was well maintained, clean and well decorated. Cute place. One issue was that it was super hot in there with the radiator/base board heaters (we turned the thermostats way down and it was still really hot at night). Great location within walking distance of downtown and easy to get to from the highway.

All you need in a home away from home for a couple of days
Underground parking, heated swimming pool and hot tubs such a bonus. The location was perfect - a few walking trails to get to town. Check in and getting luggage to the room was all too easy. Perfect for two - place can sleep four but would be crowded but manageable. Price was right also.

Beautiful property as a 1 bedroom
We loved this condo unit with a variety of hot tubs, good amenities and great location. But the pull out couch was not a good option for a second bed at all. All other extras, from the BBQ on the patio to the underground parking and complimentary park pass, were wonderful.

Disappointed with dated and overpriced apartment
We were disappointed with our apartment.. the decor was dated, the air con didn’t work which meant it was too hot to sleep. The view was not as described? of trees and the road. This apartment urgently needs updating. Our friends stayed in an apartment just down the corridors that had a much better layout, A beautiful view and modern decor for the same price. Unfortunately we were not happy at all and spent as much time as we could in the other apartment. For the price it was not worth staying here. Work needs doing on this apartment urgently if you wish to continue to rent out this apartment.

Canmore Condo
The location of this condo is great. We were able to walk downtown for meals and shopping. We were visiting with family who were in the same building so that worked well. The condo was clean and functional- a few more towels should be provided especially for the pool and a luggage rack would be great as not much storage. There were lots of dishes including coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. We appreciated the air conditioner as it was very hot that weekend. It was an enjoyable stay!

It was a good stay.
Our staying was good but some things we didn’t like at all. First of all it was noisy. A noise from a passing by trains was waking us up couple times in the night. Second some things have to be updated: couch in the living room and a toilet. A couch was not easy to set up at all. May be it was broken. The toilet is very low and old fashioned.

We loved our stay in our condo (privately owned). Our room and building was very clean updated. Owners were very easy to contact quick reply. We were not happy with the hot tubs - for how big the lodge is the main hot tub was very small. We tried using the hot tub at our own building (decent size) and it was barely warm. The front desk said that it was not going to get dealt with.

Aaaaaaaalmost perfect but we couldn’t stay…
The unit was as advertised and could have been awesome. Unfortunately the linens were all laundered in a lavender detergent and I am severely allergic to lavender. I was shocked that the cleaning products weren’t unscented as a rule, but the suite owners are replacing them. My husband and I were in the suite for only a short time before we had to leave because I couldn’t breathe. We checked out and drove home. Five hour round trip was definitely not the de-stress overnight away we were hoping for. Heartbroken, really. Managers were apologetic but no refund was offered. Still not sure how I feel about that.

Hi Andrea, I apologized the wash detergent. I wasn’t aware that you are allergic to lavender scent before your coming. Our housekeeper placed an EcoMax lavender detergent without informed me. I just replaced it with an Eco unscented one after receiving your feedback. I feel sorry about your long drive. If I could offer any help to release your inconvenience, please let me know. I was charged on the front desk service, room service, GST, Tax etc that I couldn’t refund anymore. I could give you a limited amount of credit if that will help. Thanks, Sabrina and Zach

Perfect getaway
This property was perfect for a short little getaway. The location is good, condo is clean and all you need. The only thing I would suggest is if you are cooking, you basically only have salt and pepper, also bring your own, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, for food storage, the kitchen is well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans etc. I would book this property again.

Good price for a decent little condo
Unit is small but efficient, good value for the cost! Kitchen was well stocked, parking pass to Banff was a great bonus! It would have been great to use the patio in the warmer months. Hot tubs were not very hot, and could use a good cleaning. Owners were excellent to deal with, would stay here again!

Great place for a family!
Comfortable room, as advertised! Very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tubs are closed if it’s colder than -20 which is the only thing that I don’t recall reading; however, there’s a beautiful ‘Elevation Center’ sportsplex with hot tubs and water slides in Canmore at a great price for those cold days and kids who need to get out. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown Canmore! Would definitely book here again.
