Nice place in Canmore
Great place to stay with your family. It has its own bbq in a small balcony and a hoy tub outside which is nice at night. Close to downtown.

Bonito hotel aunque no en el centro de Canmore
Hotel muy cómodo y bien conservado, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Tiene bonitas vistas a las montañas.

Excelente, muy buena opción para visitar Banff NP
Excelente hotel no es económico pero la habitación es un apartamento completo con cuarto separado y BBQ en la terraza con vista a los montañas nevadas. Solo le faltaría una piscina climatizada ya que solo cuenta con jacuzzis y son pequeños para la cantidad de habitaciones que cuenta el hotel. Por lo demás todo impecable. Obviamente que volveríamos.

Muy buen hotel, suite grande y comoda
La ubicación es muy buena, Garate techado, una vista increíble, habitaciones muy cómodas, con chimenea, TV dvd, etc, cocineta, súper refrigerador, muy bueno en general.

This was our first time staying at Falcon Crest and I was pleasantly surprised. We received a complimentary upgrade at check in, which was appreciated. The room was clean and well kept, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet throughout the night. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to grab some food and drinks (Bridgette Bar and Tank310). I’d stay here again for sure!

Bed was cozy. Room was clean. The main issue was that the room was brutally hot. We tried numerous times to turn the A/C on and it didn’t work. Hot air was coming from the fireplace even though it was turned off. We ended up having to turn the pilot light off. After everything, the fan was still not going and the room wouldn’t cool any lower than 22 degrees. I called the desk hoping to get some help or a different room. Was told he was getting calls from all the floors about the same thing and that we will just have to open the window and use the fan that is in the closet. We slept with the sliding door wide open & had to put the fan together ourselves. It wasn’t the end of the world, however with the amount we paid to stay here, we expected better.

Great place with renovated rooms and a bbq on each balcony. The only inconvenience is that there is no area to park while you check in and that the underground parking lot was crowded due to a portion being closed for renovation supplies.

This place is a gem. I loved our stay with Falcon Crest Lodge & will definitely be staying here in the future! What I really loved was the fully equipped kitchen - not only was having all of the appliances convenient but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the appliances as well! The staff were extremely kind & helpful. It was a comfortable, cozy stay. I don’t know how this is considered a 3-star hotel, I think it is way above average!

Third floor flooded no one notified us until we found out at 8 am the next day to saws and hammers banging in the floor. And had a gentleman walk in on me. No knock no nothing. I called and asked if there anything we can do about the noise or if I can be moved and I was told that there’s nothing they can do.
