Das Hotel ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider steht hier auf Expedia dass es einen kostenlosen Shuttle des Hotels zum Strand gibt, den gab es aber leider nicht & zu Fuß war man circa 30-40 min zum Strand unterwegs. An sich waren die Zimmer sauber aber die Fenster waren nicht besonders dicht, sodass ich öfter Ameisen im Zimmer hatte.

Værelset overordnet pænt rent, men sengelinned blev ikke skiftet på de 3 overnatninger, på trods af at man havde option på at signalere med et kort om behovet og der VAR et behov… Inventar på værelset en anelse slidt. Ud over ovenstående var hotellet ok.

Amazing

Rimbun was amazing. Super cute and affordable. Staff were very nice and were always cleaning the property. There is barely any noise so it's a good place to relax. Breakfast was provided by the restaurant attached, Lush, and was delicious. Only negatives were, hard to contact beforehand but got to them by calling on whatapp, had a leak in the bathroom which was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting and the shower is close to the toilet so makes the toilet and floor around it quite wet. Small negatives when compared to how nice the property was and our overall stay. Would definetly recommend.

Disappointing

It is very clear that the property lacks general maintenance. I think what bothered me the most was when you shower the whole bathroom floor is under water and it doesn’t drain, so when you go to the bathroom at night or early morning you have to walk on soaking wet floors. The deck flooring all around the hotel is broken and not fixed to the ground so you get woken up by people walking around. It’s also a noisy environment, a lot of guests making noise until 4:30am. I certainly won’t be staying here again. It’s not value for money.

Et behagelig hotell litt utenfor Canggus by & larm. Det var også en økologisk dagligvare vegg i vegg, en grei gåtur til stranden og godt med tilbud rett i nærheten. Hyggelige og vennlige ansatte! Anbefaler rom i andre eller tredje etasje, luften var ikke så god i første etasje ~ fikk byttet rom uten problem. Veldig fint bassengområde! Et stykke å gå til stranden, men synes det var en fin rusletur på morgenen.

Et behagelig hotell litt uten for Canggus by & larm. Det var også en økologisk dagligvare vegg i vegg, en grei gåtur til stranden og masse tilbud rett i nærheten. Hyggelige ansatte! Anbefaler rom i 2. eller 3. etasje, luften var ikke så god i 1.etasje ~ fikk byttet rom uten problem. Veldig fint bassengområde!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER

This is by far my worst experience at a hotel EVER. Me and my girlfriend checked in at midnight and the room was full of DEAD INSECT EVERYWHERE, even in the bed. We were chocked and demanded to be moved to another. Also in the other room there was a big problem with insects. We would have moved to another hotel the first second if it were not in the middle of the night. We tried to make the best of situation and asked the staff to clean the room and change all the sheets. However not even that cleaning was made properly. When we asked if the sheet were new and clean the staff, after a while, confessed that the sheets came from the old room, where there been insects all over the bed. We once again demanded new and clean sheets. However, all the ”clean” sheets they brought from the laundary room full of yellow stains and fat stains. We looked at 5 different sheets to find one that was relatively clean. This whole process took around 1,5 hour and at this point we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. In addition to this, there was a really bad smell in the room and the water pressure is non existant. Next morning when we talked to the manager he was rude when we told him about all the problems. After a while, he agreed we would get our money back. However, turns out that once we left the hotel and started the refund-process he tried to stop the process. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager really needs to improve his service. Plz see picture

Fint lite hotell, rent og pent.

Fint lite hotell. Veldig rent og ryddig. God frokost. Lite stykke fra stranden, ikke gåavstand, men greit med scooter. Ligger ikke i det mest aktive området med tanke på butikker og restauranter. Lite bad på rommet vi hadde, men veldig fint og rent. Gode senger.

The place is very welcoming and the staff were very helpful. They catered to our needs and were friendly throughout. The rooms were excellent and there was nothing that was amiss. Highly recommend this boutique hotel resort.

The staff were excellent. Very polite and helped us organise the airport shuttle that arrived on time. We only had a short stay but the property was well laid out and the pool area was lovely.
