Xaro Beach Apartment is a bright and comfortable first-floor apartment (no elevator), equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable family holiday. Enjoy the beach just a two-minute walk from your door.



The apartment accommodates up to five guests and features a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and air conditioning in this area, three bedrooms (no air conditioning), a full bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet.



Located in the heart of the village, you’ll have easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, and you can reach Barcelona conveniently by public transport—the train station is only a two-minute walk away.



Canet de Mar is a family-friendly, peaceful, and safe modernist village on the Barcelona coast, offering supermarkets, shops, and restaurants with excellent cuisine. The apartment is on a quiet street next to the beach and the long seafront promenade, ideal for seaside walks or sports. There are also several hiking trails starting from the village towards El Montnegre and Corredor. Its location allows you to explore both Barcelona city and the Costa Brava.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, payable on arrival. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered visitors allowed. Local regulations prohibit noise and loud music after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday) and 21:00 on other days.
