However, after renting holiday properties for almost 15 years we dare say that this one has let us down in several aspects. First and foremost it is not equipped sufficiently to serve 4 adults leave alone the 8 advertised. Néanmoins Federico et ses parents sont adorables, la maison est superbe( bien que peu adaptée selon moi aux familles avec bébé, car on accède aux chambres par un long escalier assez raide) . Beautiful views across the valley with vineyards, hazelnut trees, and a local flock of sheep! Tricky 1.5 km drive up a narrow road with lots of twists and turns to get to the villa, but you get used to it after a day or two! "We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️"

"A lovely apartment in an old house in the center of the village. Easy to get into Alba and to shops. Good walking around the village as well as paths close by through the vineyeards. Great space and fantastic views. Very comfortable and everything you need. Hosts also live on property - and while our Italian is very limited and they have little English - we communicated OK and they were very friendly and generous."

"Ein großes altes Haus mit Stil, mitten im Dorf und doch ganz ruhig. Das Restaurant in der Nähe hat eine hervorragende Küche, leider ist es nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Die Landschaft ist herrlich. Es gibt zahlreiche Weingüter die ausgezeichnete Weine zu vernünftigen Preisen anbieten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Ruhiger und entspannter, ursprünglicher Ort für erholsame Ferien. Etwas abseits gelegen, dies sollte man bei täglichen Fahrtstrecken einberechnen. Dafür wundervolle Gastgeber, 2 tolle Hunde und viel Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit. Wir haben zudem viel gelernt über das Kultivieren von Haselnüssen - die Tour mit Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
