"Clean room"

"I booked for 6 nights but after just one night I booked 9 more. I had already been to 5 cities in India and was tired so just wanted to unwind. I loved this guesthouse. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room had a fridge which was great. The host Manuel was really accommodating and helped me book my taxi to the airport. "stay is not worth the rate it charges"

"From Day1 upon checking till the exit after 4 days it was a very bad experience staying here. Power outages, AC not working, No hot water geyser. TV not working. The list is endless. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

"Nice Property "

"The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking, the doors lock was not working properly, bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling "

"Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles."

"I stayed only for one night. The staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they don’t provide luggage storage after checkout. The room is bit dusty and would need some maintenance, but in general a good stay!"
