Contacted host multiple times because I could not enter the property. The lockbox did not work. I called and texted. Even reached out to VRBO so they could contact her but they didn’t receive a response either. So we took an Uber to Starbucks to cool off. VRBO asked if we could go back to the property and attempt again. Still no response from the host. We were able to finally get the lockbox open to go through 2 more sets of doors. The house was clean but The water was not hot in both showers. Nothing is in English. Woke up to go to the bathroom and toilet wouldn’t flush so had to do old school and get water from the sink and put in pan to flush toilet. Still no response from host until they sent a generic email about checkout. Not enough garbage cans in apartment. Host harassed me saying I didn’t pay and I contacted VRBO to let them know because I submitted payment when I booked. They were trying to get me to put my card information and pay again. I sent them the message stating I paid and they keep messaging me. Terrible.
