Excelente casa con la mejor playa
La casa esta en muy buenas condiciones, muy amplia y en la mejor playa de Cancún por lo que es una excelente opción para ir con amigos o en familia. Desde que nos recibieron hasta que salimos el servicio por parte de todo el staff fue excelente. Contratamos el servicio del chef y también supero nuestras expectativas. Muy recomendable, espero volver pronto.

Service above and beyond
The location of the house is unmatched - but the biggest difference is the service and team. So friendly, and going above and beyond. Allowing us to sneak in prior to check-in, catering a welcome meal, and providing subtle and consistent support. I cannot say enough about how special they made our stay - and the meals were terrific and varied. Very special place and team.

Beautiful Beach
We were a family of 9 adults and 6 children ages 1 to 6. The house is beautiful, nicer than the photos. The beach and the bay are just as described. The water was calm enough for the children to be in the ocean. Everyone used the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect. We had chef services for the entire stay. Mauricio, Rocio, Jesus and Damaris took great care of us! Food was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone and would rent it again!

Fabulous place
I took my kids, their spouses, and grandkids for a week. 9 adults and 4 very young children (ages 7 months to 3 years). It was the perfect place. Big beautiful beach, almost no seaweed. Great rooms and amenities. Best of all the staff treated us like royalty. I highly recommend.

Amazing getaway for a group of cousins!
I don’t have words to describe how amazing this property is! The pictures do not do the beauty justice. Having a house staff of two wonderful ladies, taking care of us, serving us, and making sure we have everything we need was priceless. The private chef service was incredible! I asked Victor for a sample menu and we chose our meals and snacks ahead of time, and sent him the menu. They had prepared everything and gotten all the groceries for a weekend stay. The view at the property is amazing! The private beach is so clean and large and they have two kayaks and paddle boards as well. The water was so clear and warm and perfect. We were a group of 11 women, all cousins, and came for our annual trip. We did not want to leave and we all talked about coming back again. As tired moms and wives who are constantly in service of others, we really appreciated being served and taken care of. I have traveled all over the world and vacation in some of the most exotic places, but this place is topping my list as one of my best vacations simply because of how much I was able to relax. The area is extremely safe and in the vicinity of the hotel zone so you will see a lot of action on your way in, but then enter a private gated compound, which is like a slice of heaven. I cannot wait to return! Thank you Victor, house staff, and our chefs for an amazing stay!

Great location
We did spring break here with another family. 4 adults and 4 kids in total. The house is in a safe location with a great beach - calm waters, very private feeling. The house has 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks- we used those daily. We had the chef Jose 2 days - I wish you could book him for half days too to fill in the gaps (days with activities or restaurant reservations). We weren’t sure what it would be like to have house staff - and it turned out to be great… grocery runs, organized transportation, dishes, laundry, bedrooms cleaned, etc. made it feel more hotel like and relaxing. It’d be helpful to know what their role is with almost like a list of things they can help with - at first we weren’t sure if we were asking too much or it was part of the job. Same for the chef - a list of menu favorites and specialty cocktails - we figured it out but were a little lost getting started. I’d be very excited to rent this house again and have obed, Jose, Rosario, and demitra helping us.

The property was really great, with plenty of room to spread out. The beach was right there, with no crowds. The best part of the house were the incredible staff. They all went out of their way to take great care of us and make sure we were comfortable. Their service was very much appreciated.

Amazing family vacation
The house is ideally placed on the most beautiful beach between private homes and away from hotels. The most amazing thing in this vacation was the service of Obad and his team and the chef Jose who treated us with excellent meals 3 times a day. They were extremely friendly, accommodating and at the same time respectful of our privacy, in short a dream scenario! The house is ideal for families with children, with visibility to the water, the two pools from the dinner table. Everything is extremely clean, very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Only draw back: if you have a bachelor or other loud party next door! Obad and his team will do anything to make this an unforgettable stay in Mexico!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Obed, Rocio, Mari and Chef Jose were all amazing! Rooms kept clean. Views were perfect, it was nice to have our own pool and beach all to ourselves. Obed got us everything we needed and more. Everything Chef made was delicious- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rocio and Mari were so kind and friendly. I can't wait for our next trip here.

The Best Service
We have stayed at a few houses in Mexico and this house by far has the best service we have ever experienced. The beach and location were amazing. The house itself was nice enough, but it’s the people there that helped us that gives this house a 5 star rating! Obed, his wife, Jose, and Rosaría were genuine, thoughtful people that went above and beyond to make our time there the best it could be!

Great house for bachelorette weekend
The house was perfect for celebrating my bachelorette party with a group of girls! It was huge - 6 bedrooms (5 in main area of house, one in lower level with a separate entrance), 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, 2 pools, and direct beach access! What made our trip particularly special was the amazing house staff - Obed (the "butler") was always around to help with every need and greet us when we returned home every night (cabs, groceries, chef service, etc). In addition, the cleaning staff and chef were amazing - our rooms were always spotless and the chef's food was amazing! Helpful to have someone who speaks a little Spanish, with google translate filling in the blanks! The location was perfect - gated community with security guard on beach at night, and convenient to bars & restaurants! My one heads up to others would be the main living room / upstairs hallways were not air conditioned - however the bedrooms were super cold, there was a 2nd living room with AC, and the wind tunnel kept the main area cool! Collectively we agreed the property was perfect for a girls trip - we'd definitely come back and recommend to others!

5 Star all around
Our group of 8 guys in our 30's stayed here in early November and loved everything about it. The house and staff were absolutely 5 star all around. The house is safely located in a gated area and is in a great location for restaurants, bars and nightlife. The beach is extremely clean and well kept while the views from the house are astonishing. Also, getting to the house from the CUN airport was extremely easy. This place is worth every penny. We will be back!

The house itself was so beautiful it looked more beautiful in person. The chef Jose, obed, roccio, rosalba, Rosie, all of the house staff were so attentive and helpful during our stay. The hospitality was unmatched. We want to say thank you x100000 to Victor and the lovely and hospitable house staff. If you are considering Cancun this is the best choice. We were a large group of 15 in Cancun to celebrate my upcoming wedding and not only were they able to accommodate us, they also helped celebrate with us! Amazing Vacation
It was a year ago we booked this property for my wife's 40th birthday bash. We invited a group of 5 couples. When I tell you that this property, the staff, and the location exceeded our expectations, I am not exaggerating. Location: On the North side of the strip. Before entering the complex you are greeted by a security gate and a guard. We felt very safe. Grocery stores, Starbucks, and restaurants are all within a short drive. Staff: Greeted by house manager when we got there. Obed, our "butler" always served us with a smile and promptly He and the cleaning staff were always very attentive and accomodating. Our Chef Jose exceeded all of our expectations. We modified our menu multiple times and he never missed a beat. The House: The location of this property is one of the best in Cancun. Large beach access, Volleyball net to play. Plenty of seating. Incredible views of the beach, piers, and sunsets. House was impeccable. Our rooms were cleaned and organized daily. We would gladly rent this property again and would highly recommend to anyone to do so. Enjoy!!

Fantastic Stay
This was my first time staying at a VRBO property without having anyone check it out first. House was excellent, lots of sitting areas, comfortable beds, breathtaking view and right on the beach. House manager and staff were all super nice and friendly. I would rent this house again if I was given the opportunity.

Amazing 14 Person Bachelorette!
I booked this property for a 14 person bachelorette party and it couldn’t have gone any better. The pictures of the house didn’t do it justice. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were immaculate! The view of the beach was breath taking and really set the mood for the weekend! The location was great! We were able to walk to dinner and grab taxis easily. We felt very safe in the house. There’s a guarded gate for the neighborhood and security that roams the beach at night. I couldn’t have planned a large bachelorette party without the staff. Victor and Rosalba helped me with everything and I’m truly grateful. We booked mariachi to greet the bride when she arrived at the house. We also had massages and took our COVID tests at the house. So easy! The food, and drinks were unbelievable. We ate all our meals there and grocery shopping was super easy. The on property staff truly made our vacation special. Obed, Rocio, Leslie, and Chef Jose are amazing hosts and people. They have a special place in our hearts! I can’t thank them enough for their attentiveness, and willingness to make our vacation perfect. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Paradise in Cancun!!
From the minute we arrived to the sad goodbyes, Villa Dzul-Ha won our hearts. The house itself was wonderful for 6 couples. From the open air concept on the first floor, to beds/baths, and the wonderful exterior we couldn't have asked for more. The location could not have been any better. The staff: Obed, Leslie, and Rocio were even better than the accommodations (attentive, professional, and always had genuine smiles). The chef available to hire, Jose, is highly recommended....restaurant quality in taste and presentation. They made an amazing vacation that much better!

Couldn't have been better!
Our stay here was amazing. We were a group of 11 women who have been friends for 30 years celebrating our 50th birthdays. This place was beyond what we could have ever imagined. The location is excellent. Safe and private, yet ridiculously convenient. 5-minute walk to COVID testing, convenience store, ATM, farmacia, etc. The backyard is the beach and there are two pools to enjoy. The house is beautiful and large but doesn't feel too big. The bedrooms are spacious, very well appointed, with each having its own bathroom. The common areas are super welcoming and comfortable as well. Having said all that, the stay wouldn't have been half as good if it weren't for the amazing staff that joined us. Because we loved the idea of taking a break from cooking, we took advantage of having the chef, Jose, prepare our menu and meals. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also beautifully presented - restaurant quality. Over the course of the time we were there, we could tell he noticed what types of foods and portion sizes worked for us and would make changes in future meals accordingly. Not only is Jose an excellent chef, but he is also a friendly, fun, and wonderful person to be around. Then there was Leslie and Rocio, the wonderful ladies that magically made every day beautiful, clean, and easy. Every interaction was met with a compassionate and warm smile. I wish our Spanish was better so we could have had even more interesting conversations with them. Obed, the "front man", was excellent at coordinating it all. He managed our grocery runs and mealtimes, offering excellent advice on everything. It's obvious he knows what he's doing; extremely professional and way better than we were at understanding what we needed. As was the case with the others, Obed was caring, funny, and kindly patient with the often-confusing dynamics of our group. We just loved having them all join in on our fun too! When it came time to leave, we were genuinely sad to leave them. We are hoping to come back to experience the house and the company all over again. The main advice I would offer is to prepare to have plenty of cash if you will not be shopping for groceries, alcohol, etc on your own. You'll need it for tips at the end of the stay as well. If you book your vacay here, plan to sit back and soak up the sun, the food, and the smiles!

Incredible Vacation, Wonderful Staff
Victor was helpful in organizing the details for this trip. Ovid guided our crew to ensure we had transportation for all the the activities we did. Arturo the chef made meals all ages loved and was great about accommodating our vegetarian daughter. Beach volleyball, walking the beach, laying out at the pool or resting in a hammock- lots to choose from!

I can’t say enough about this property. This exceeded our expectations. There was a group of us 13 girls for my friends Bachelorette party. She wanted a place that has everything where we didn’t have to leave or worry about coordinating everyone. highly recommend the Daily chef! Tony was phenomenal and accommodated. Obed, the daily house manager, Was the best!!! He helped us coordinate any taxis we needed and even helped coordinate personal masseuses to come in so we didn’t have to leave the house. The housekeeper Roslyn and staff was so nice and kept the house very clean! This property totally exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t so justice. It is so beautiful and worth every penny!! The private pool and beach was so nice and kept very clean. Our crew felt very safe! I highly recommend booking this property. We will definitely be coming here again.

MUST READ SEP 2021
Background: SF Bay Area, group of 12 guys. Traveled all over the world and this trip falls within my top 3. First things first, the house situates in a secured, gated street with security. When we got in front of the property, the staff dressed professionally and greeted us at the steps of the front entrance. As I walked into the house, it looked better in person than the listed photos (it’s usually the other way around right?). The detail of this house was simply amazing, tasteful, and modern. The white sand beach was a few steps away from the beach front Infiniti pool. Every bedroom and common room had AC (very cold) except for the main living room, but not to worry, the living room was designed as an opened breeze way (or a wind tunnel) that captures the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable; house-keeping was done daily as well, to include floors being mopped. Obed, Rocio, and Brenda are the best group of staff I have ever had from a vacation home. Mind you I have traveled in almost every single continent. I cannot stress enough about their professionalism, accommodation, attentiveness, and the unconditional care for us. There were numerous occasions when they got things done before requested. This is because they adapted to us very quickly and knew our expectations, this is how all vacation homes should be but only few hit the mark. I also got to learn about their backgrounds and it’s amazing to hear stories from hardworking people. Let’s talk about Antonio (Tony) the chef. You would be silly if you don’t hire him. We hired Tony twice and cannot say enough good things about him. His fish and shrimp tacos were so good, we ate it again later that night. The lobster and coconut shrimp dinner were comparable to 5-star restaurants, except you pay 1/3 of the cost. During this trip, we went to two fine-dining restaurants in Cancun (Taboo and Chambao) but we voted Tony’s dinner being the best. To top it off, Rocio, Obed, and Brenda moved the dinning table on to the white sand, so we had a beach front private dinner. Overall, our bachelor party was a huge success, thanks to this great vacation home and Victor’s great group of staff, who are now my friends in Cancun. Thank you again Victor!! Perfect home for a couples retreat
This home is absolutely stunning and the staff, Daniel and Rocio, were amazing! We hired their chef, Jose, since a lot of the restaurants were closed, and he did not disappoint. My mouth is still watering thinking about all of the fresh ceviche we devoured! I would highly recommend this home as every room is a suite. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout. The grounds were impeccable. And the beach infront was very private feeling.

I don’t even know how to put this review into words. The house was everything and more for our group of 16. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The house is beautiful and has an amazing Ocean breeze that goes right through with all the open doors. The beautiful, clear ocean is just steps away. The beach is amazing. The chef and housekeepers were the greatest people; so nice and helpful. They saved us so much time cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping. It was paradise. The property was very secure with a large gate and the security guard was very thorough. I absolutely would recommend this rental!!

Amazing Get Away
Everything about the property was awesome. The only take away is this first night all food and drinks were on the house. Next time I would go and purchase My own additional Alcohol because after reviewing my receipt the staff member kept the remaining money that was not spent on alcohol. We still tip all staff meme era because they were great. Chef all the way to the turn down service was fabulous. Just wish he didn’t keep the money and should have returned my change. Overall love the entire stay

Wonderful family stay for Christmas!
We had such an amazing trip! The beach was gorgeous, the house immaculate, and the staff was OUTSTANDING! (Just need someone to speak some Spanish with them or use google translate!). Highly recommend getting the chef- they took care of grocery shopping, and made awesome dishes each day! We were a multi generational group and everyone had a great time! Also recommend the boat rental guys down the beach in the tent- we chartered a 45 boat for the day and went snorkeling and to Isla Mujeres.

Amazing villa on the beach!
Our experience at this house was amazing. We came down for a bachelor party, and we had a great experience here. The staff supporting the house was great, particularly Bruno, who was constantly making sure we had what we needed. The chef that was hired was wonderful as well. He made great Yucatecan food. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Would definitely go back.

Best Deal for big groups in Cancun!
I cannot thank Victor and his staff enough. Javier & his house helpers were extremely attentive and made sure that everyone had an amazing time. I had some clients, and even my boss down for a few days here, and everyone left with a big smile!!! If I come back to Cancun again next year - no doubt in my mind - I will definitely look to rent this place out again!!! Thank You for being awesome hosts!

Wonderful place for a special family celebration!
Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful cooking, outstanding location on the beach, and a beautiful modern house. We were 11 adults and 4 children celebrating grandma’s 70th birthday. A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all! Thanks to Javier, Rocio, Beatriz, y Rosi!

Fabulous Location
The property location is fabulous. Right on beach, yet minutes to walk to a couple bars and restaurants on the beach or a very short taxi ride to the strip where everything is located. Wonderful deck to relax on if you don't want to go down to the beach. Large dining area both indoor and out to have meals. Plenty of room in the house. Javier and Pactricia were great hosts who went shopping for us daily and prepared very good breakfasts and snacks each day.

Incredible Beach Getaway!
Victor's house is everything that is advertised and more! The house is incredible and easily sleeps 16 people. The main floor has a huge dining room table which is perfect for meals and games. Step outside to an abundance of seating near the pool with incredible views to what is essentially a private beachfront. The turquoise waters steps from the back porch are straight out of a postcard. We were greeted by Guadalupe and Francisco who manage the house. They also cooked us amazing breakfasts and dinners as well as guacamole and quesadillas every day we were there. Just give them money for the ingredients and they will prepare amazing meals for you. They will also purchase drinks or anything else you want. They also stay at the house and clean the house every day. Amazing service! We had no need to leave the house. There is also a convenient store with a full selection of beer and liquor open 24/7 just across the street. One thing to note, Lupe and Francisco don't speak English but we had no problem communicating in our broken spanish with occasional help from google translate. I could not recommend this house highly enough and will likely be returning at some point in the near future. Thanks for a wonderful week Victor, Lupe and Francisco!

Amazing !!!!
Villa Dzul Ha is amazing, my family of 16 from toddler to grandparents. Stayed here in February of 2017. We were welcomed by Guadalupe ,Paco and a private chef. The chef prepared a gourmet dinner for us that was spectacular. We had the chef come back a few days later and prepare a additional spectacular dinner. Guadalupe and Paco also prepared some authentic Mexican meals for our family. They were always available and did some shopping for us as well as getting us Taxi’s and anything else we wanted. They also keep the house spotless. They truly made are stay wonderful. The house is beautiful, the location was perfect. The house sits right on the beach and feet away from the ocean. Where we played for hours. The two pools keep the children and well as the adults entertained. The house had a Kayak and a paddle board that several of us enjoyed. The house is very spacious with several areas for gathering. Most of the rooms had ocean views. I would definitely recommend Villa Dzul ha. I so hope we get to go back next year.
