Just a 20-minute ferry ride from Cancún, Nautibeach Condos® is ideally located on the north side of Isla Mujeres, directly on the island’s most popular beach, Playa Norte.
Condos #5, #6, #9, and #17 are privately owned and managed separate from the on-site rental program. Although this condo is not part of the on-site rental program, our private rental office is conveniently located just outside the Nautibeach entrance. Guests enjoy full access to all amenities, including the pool, beach, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Our friendly staff is always available to assist you during your stay, and maid service is provided every other day. Thanks to their prime locations and upscale furnishings, these units are among the most desirable at Nautibeach.
Condo #17 is a guaranteed second-floor unit featuring partial ocean and garden views, offering a perfect blend of comfort and refined décor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner electric cooktop, full-size oven, and refrigerator—perfect for preparing meals at home. There’s also a comfortable dining area and a cozy living room for relaxing after a day in the sun. The layout includes a king-size bed in both bedrooms. The back bedroom also features an additional sink and vanity for added convenience.
The private balcony provides a relaxing space to enjoy tranquil mornings and peaceful evenings, overlooking the tropical gardens, with glimpses of the ocean.
On-site, guests can enjoy dining at the Mayan Beach Club, a popular spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and one of the best places on the island to watch the sunset. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available both around the pool and on the beach for guest use.
Nautibeach boasts one of the best locations on the island. Situated on Playa Norte, you are just a short two-block walk from downtown Isla Mujeres, where you’ll find charming shops, excellent restaurants, live music, and the vibrant energy of island life.

We are very excited about our other project, Isla Retreats, that we completed in May 2017. All six villas are upscale, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. All villas have Smart TVs, and high speed WiFi Internet. We provide beach towels and bath towels, high quality linens, a hair dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use. There is an in-room safe to store your valuables and passports. Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. There is on-site staff available to accommodate our guests in setting up golf cart rentals and other activities.

Our main goal for Isla Retreats is to provide an adults-only, tranquil and unique Caribbean-Mexican experience. Guests can get away from the hustle-bustle of downtown and everyday life to relax and savor the lovely island. We designed the common area to create a peaceful ambience featuring a heated salt-water pool with waterfalls, beach chairs and umbrellas, tropical gardens and an exquisite palapa. We wanted to keep as much green-space as possible, so we designed the property with many tropical plants and coconut trees. There are many extraordinary hand-carved marble and onyx sculptures throughout the property as well.
