Guest Access:

Self check-in with your personal access details. Puerto Cancun is a secure, gated resort community with controlled access and surveillance; before arrival we'll send your entry instructions and exact directions to the building and unit. As required by the complex, we collect a photo ID for every guest 18+ and the names/ages of guests under 18 at least 48 hours before check-in to authorize access. You'll have full use of the condo and its balcony, plus shared building amenities including the rooftop pool, lounge/bar, gym and kids' indoor play area. Underground parking and elevators are available, and a team member is reachable by message throughout your stay. Please note the on-site beach club is reserved for owners and is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

You're in Puerto Cancun, one of Cancun's most exclusive marina and golf communities - a calm, secure, master-planned enclave wrapped around a marina and the Puerto Cancun golf course, yet minutes from everything. Puerto Cancun Mall is close by with restaurants, a supermarket and designer stores (Hugo Boss, Lacoste and more). Downtown Cancun is less than a mile away, while the famous Hotel Zone beaches, nightlife and the ferry to Isla Mujeres are a short drive. It's an ideal base: peaceful and upscale when you want to relax, lively and connected when you want to explore.



Getting Around:

A rental car or taxi is the easiest way to get around Cancun, and both rideshare-style and regular taxis operate in the area. Puerto Cancun is walkable to its own mall, marina and restaurants. The Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera) and its beaches are a short drive south along Boulevard Kukulcan, and downtown Cancun is less than a mile away. Public buses (R-1/R-2) run frequently along the main avenues and to the Hotel Zone for a low fare. The Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres departs from nearby Puerto Juarez. Cancun International Airport is about a 20-25 minute drive, and ADO buses connect to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the wider Riviera Maya.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, the complex requires a photo ID for every guest aged 18+, plus the names and ages of any guests under 18, at least 48 hours prior to check-in - this is mandatory to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details.



Good to know:

- The rooftop pool, lounge/bar, gym and children's play area are shared building amenities and follow building hours and rules.

- For security, the building has surveillance cameras in shared areas only (rooftop, elevators, lobby, underground parking and corridors) - none inside the unit.

- The on-site beach club is reserved for owners and is not accessible to guests. Public Hotel Zone beaches are a short drive away.

- Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and one after departure, plus basic welcome essentials. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee on request.

- For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it's running and avoid setting it below 21°C.
