Excelente ubicacion y hermosa vista!!!

Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy contentos y disfrutamos mucho la terraza que tiene una vista hermosa hacia la laguna y hacia la playa. Recamaras muy espaciosas y la cocina muy completa. Tambien disfrutamos el area social. Muchas gracias Tim!!!

The hosts were amazing! They are very detailed, organized, and responsive. The condo was beautiful! It was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed. The views were amazing and the balcony was a perfect place to take in all the activities going on in the resort. The restaurants across the street were amazing g as well. The option to purchase the daily all inclusive was nice, but the buffet was not the best. Stick to the resort restaurants- they were great. Additionally, the in- home cooks that you can hire were AMAZING! I wish we would have reserved more nights with them. They cooked up fabulous meals in an hour and cleaned up everything and the price was beyond reasonable!!! Tim and Megan do a great job of ensuring your experience is welcoming and professional from the moment you get there.

Amazing Views!!

Overall, we LOVED this property! Make sure to spend time at the pool - the entertainment is great, it's never too crowded and everyone is there to have a great time and meet new people. We loved it!The condo, itself, is beautiful and spacious. We did have trouble a couple of times with hot water, but Tim was on it and got it fixed quickly. We also had an issue with the room keys. We had four adult couples on the trip and there were only two sets of keys, which meant that most of us needed to stay together, schedule who had which key, or someone needed to stay in the room. Please just make four keys! The only other issue was one of the two elevators was broken six of the eight days that we were there so we spent a fair amount of time waiting for the elevator. And, being that only four people at a time could fit in the elevator, it made it that much worse. The food at the resort was fair to good. There are only three "real" places to eat - the buffet, the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. If you're staying for a while, you'll crave more variety. The breakfast buffet is great, the Italian restaurant is hit or miss, as is the Japanese restaurant. We did pay to have the in room dining experience and, had we known how good it was going to be, would have done it at least one more time!! DEFINTELY do this!!We would, definitely, stay at this resort again!

First day we were met with a leaking tub and no hot water. Was told " just dont use it" then bad rain stom which revealed major leaks around all windows and celling in master suite. So i spent my time trying mop up and collect water in a bucket. Needs lots of professionalrepairs inside. "peofess

Great property!

Overall it was a great vacation! We had two very young grandchildren with us so we did not venture from the property. We did two days all inclusive which worked out well. Another two nights we had the chefs come in for dinner which was awesome. Weather….perfect! Pool water was not heated so a bit chilly . Also communication could have been better. It was by email only so sometimes it took a day to get back to me or they responded to a family member when they saw them in the lobby which also took awhile to get back to me. I would suggest using WhatsApp. I would highly recommend Tim’s place !

This property was just as expected with beautiful ocean side views with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sun sets from the balcony every day! The recent hurricane did impact the beach around the resort so we were unable to enjoy them (no fault of Tim’s) and as a result we also had some leaking in one of our bedrooms. The overall Oleo property was well kept and the spa was great! Tim and his team were highly communicative, answered all our questions leading up to the trip and had great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We took advantage of the in home cooking which was terrific and also enjoyed a sunset dinner at Navios which was excellent. The hotel was easily accessible by the bus system as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The most amazing views make it a balcony from your dreams. Big beautiful rooms and bathtubs. We did not care for the Oleo all inclusive, it didn't work for us for the price but good to have as an option. Definitely calling Tim next time we head to Mexico

Amazing place for friends or family, highly recommend.

Tim’s place is awesome and just as described. The view of the ocean is one of the best you can find in Cancun. Abdiel and Tim make it easy for you to feel comfortable on Vacation. My only critique is that the water for the tub and shower was not super warm, so we couldn’t utilize the tubs. Still recommend though for the views and comfort.

Amazing Birthday Trip

From the time I booked this property, Tim and Megan were amazing. This penthouse is OFFICIAL!! Plenty of modern space for lounging and relaxing, breathtaking views and the location is convenient enough for walking to get essentials and far enough from the busyness of downtown. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and one of the best services was the private dinner that was prepared for us. We will definitely be back!!!

I never stayed in a room in Cancun where you could hear the ocean WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. Amazing experience. Abdiel was excellent with all his help including our trip to Xcaret, home cooked dinner and trip downtown for passport photo. Highly recommend the home dinner because it was 1) delicious, 2) less money than eating out and 3) Leftovers!!!
