Very nice gîte renovated in 2019. On the ground floor of an old house, it has 2 bedrooms for 4 to 5 people. Large 40 m² living room with living room opening onto large terrace and garden, fully equipped kitchen, dining room. Private parking. Close to the center, the port and shops. Everything is included: cleaning, sheets, towels, beds made on arrival.

In detail :
Located in a very quiet area, it is just 7 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the port on foot. It has private parking: no need for a car to take advantage of the 40 “swell” restaurants and shops in the center. A large Super U with Drive is a 3-minute drive away and a Carrefour Market near the Church. The market (Wednesday and Sunday) with its local and organic producers is the most dynamic in the region in season.
The cottage is on the ground floor of a large old house, typical of Cancale, completely renovated and tastefully decorated in 2019: neat contemporary atmosphere (light wood imitation floors, original wallpapers and assorted paintings, selected furniture with care, comfortable new bedding).
You will appreciate its 40 m² living room: dining room open onto a lovely kitchen, lounge extended by a 25 m² terrace (opening with pocket door), which overlooks the garden.
Two comfortable bedrooms can accommodate 4 to 5 people (1 160 cm bed and 2 80 cm beds that can be put together + a possible extra bed + baby bed). All bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and cleaning is included.
A large shower room with 120 cm shower, double basin, with careful decoration allows you to start the day with energy, before going to breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning. Separate WC.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer for ice cream, etc. Everything you need to enjoy seafood, fish and small dishes of your preparation with confidence.
Cancale is the ideal and central base for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Le Mont-Saint Michel and all its bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.). The customs path takes you along the sea to Pointe du Grouin: an unforgettable ride.
Foodies will have a great time: more than 50 restaurants in the immediate vicinity (including some starred). Taste the famous seafood (oysters, spiders, whelks, shells, clams, meadows, etc.), fish, meat and vegetables from the region.
The "Côté Jardin" gite can be rented at the same time as the "Côté Ciel" gite with a capacity of 4-5 people: ideal for going on vacation to 2 families while retaining autonomy.
