Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, configured by combining 2 inseparable Single Bed bases. Clothing storage is also provided.

Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided(speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approximately a 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags. Guests staying longer are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries.

Building Access and Parking

Access: The apartment is located on Level 6 (above ground). Lift access is available in the building.
Key Collection: Key collection is located approximately 500 metres from the property.
Parking: No parking is provided.

Important Information

Check-in and Key Collection: Guests will need to collect the keys from an off-site location approximately 500 metres from the property before accessing the apartment.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Noise: As the apartment is located in the Canberra CBD, some level of city or environmental noise may be noticeable from time to time.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
