BEDROOM: The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed, both topped with professionally cleaned, pressed linens. Each room also provides ample wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55` smart TV that you can use. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There is also paid parking on Bunda Street $3/hr.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building`s BBQ Area, Resident`s Lounge and gym located on Level4 throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
