BEDROOM: Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linens. The linens are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - cooktop - dishwasher - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has also access to local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking.
COMMON AREA: You will have the access to the building`s gym throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Gym Noise Reminder: Please do not drop the weights when in use. The noise from weights dropping can be heard and felt throughout the surrounding units. Please be mindful of all residents when using the gym and place your weights on the ground when finished with use to limit noise and disruption.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Great apartment newly furnished, spotless and very comfortable! Close to restaurants (The Ottoman Restaurant was beautiful and across the road!) the checkin video was great and we would definitely book this property again.
