dusty side tables in bedroom, bedroom area cramped, hallway over powering smell of Indian cooking or similar. Old papers behind tv, knife on laundry tub. So not cleaned very well.Did what was needed - somewhere to sleep near where i had to be.

Not the cleanest and the air quality in the apartment was nkt good. However, having everything needed - proper kitchen with all the appliances, a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom closet, almost made up for it. Being right next-door to South Point Mall, a short stroll to Southern Cross Club, the lake and parks was fantastic. Unfortunately the apartment I got was on the bus depot side of the block, which came with a lot of noise - buses and people. Several of the other owned or rental apartments in the block owned dogs which barked quite a lot in an echoey block. The immediate neighbours were very noisy for the first three or four days of my stay, but the moment they vacated, all - bar the buses and dogs - somewhat returned some peace. Being a former resident of Tuggeranong - 2000 - 2008, I will most definitely visit again, annnd... may stay here again provided the apartment was cleaned really well. A lot of white hair on the floor by the couch, and couple of black ones on the bed. Kitchen splash back wasn't clean, the baking tray had burnt oil in it which smoked and stunk out the apartment and ruined my garlic bread. Wipe marks on the walls - only seen in certain light and on an angle on the left wall from the entrance door to above the couch in the living area - not pleasant, but not intolerable - maybe done by a guest, owner or the cleaner. This review is only to help with the standard of cleaning and maintenance, for a pleasant experience of future guests. Thanks.
