The motel was central to where we wanted to be, had onsite parking, was comfortable and clean.

Close to Town Centre - within walking distance. Easy to find. BedLinen was outdated & dark - looked unclean. TOO many mirrors on the walls of the room. Reception Staff very friendly & informative.

Should be at least 4 stars if not higher
Absolutely amazing stay. I can't understand why this location is only rated 3.5 stars?. It deserves at least 4 stars or above. Compared to 4.5.star accommodation I have previously stated at this location was by far cleaner and more comfortable in comparison

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property was very "down at heel" and in need of curtain, towel and furnishing upgrades.

It is economical and a walk to the main street of Queanbeyan and many other facilities handy. It is old style accommodation but lots of little updates to the rooms. Had a nice meal in what must be described as a bit of a disorganised basic restaurant. But service was good and attentive. The owners are doing everything themselves other than clean rooms I feel. Hard yards.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the bed was comfy, also loved that you have removed the little plastic bottles of shampoo etc from the bathroom and have chosen more environmentally friendly options. We didn't like that for the first night that we were without the free internet because we arrived after 10pm there are ways of providing guests with the password.

3 bedroom townhouse was nice and clean. Beds were unbelievable comfortable. best beds we have ever slept on other than our own.

Everything very good as expected. Only thing was that we felt exposed at night without a privacy curtain at the back window of the unit. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Owner/Manager very approachable & friendly.

Room service and staff were very good but arrived at room the shower was wet and face washer was wet in the soap dish. It seemed that someone had just had a shower and used face washer which left me feeling like the shower was not clean and somebody had just used it. Also the air conditioner did not work properly and was freezing in the room. Had to lay in bed under the covers from 6 o'clock.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not very enjoyable and am curious of what room you stayed in to amend these problems we have had new air conditioners installed in almost all our rooms and are still in the process of installing the last few remaining rooms with new units. The wet shower although i feel is not acceptable and can only apologise and bring this to the attention of house keeping . Rented out one of their 3 bedroom townhouses and really enjoyed our stay..Place was well kept, spacious, quiet and conveniently licatwd close to shops and center. Reception was also very welcoming and accomodating. Definitely looking at booking again here in the future.

Lovely staff and friendly. Room was comfortable with lots of mirrors. Lighting system needs more thought put into it with better positioning. There had been an upgrade of switches but the bedside light switches were too close to the power switches making it difficult to find in the dark. Wall dispensers were OK but a bar of soap as well would be nice. The traditional motel toilet paper needs upgrading.
