"What a great property! Beautiful apartments - clean, comfy and well appointed with free goodies in the room. The staff member who checked us in (I didnt get his name sorry - Filipino male) was lovely and efficient. Providing us with advice on the amenities in the local area. He made us feel very welcomed and that they would be happy to help out with any requests. Conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. And free parking underground parking. The only negative is that we only stayed...

"Quiet , clean and friendly staff . Didn’t have housekeeping during my stay so would have appreciated a way to swap towels by putting them in a bag and getting a replacement set when needed . This is what they do in Japan . Also had to keep asking reception for my tea bags . Again a way to do this with a replenishment set each day would be helpful . Lots of construction in area due to light rail extension meant alot of roads and paths were shut which was annoying at times cos you had to keep...

"This hotel is now getting a little dated. My shower wa pretty old. The reality is that it was cheap to stay here and for the cost it was excellent. I am happy to have affordable nice accomodation. At the end of the day it is somewhere to sleep. The breakfast was dry md pretty ordinary."

"Pool was heated to a really comfortable temperature considering Canberra weather was cloudy and 16 degrees. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Sauna and gym in basement carpark which is not the nicest environment but the facilities are decent. "
