Relax & rejuvenate at our peaceful and beautiful lake house on Lake Eufaula! We hope you’ll fall in love with the property and all it has to offer just like we did! We are happy to share it with you!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths + bunkhouse / game room with addl sleeping and bath, covered deck & open fire pit with lake views, use of our private, enclosed slip to fish & store your lake toys, + RV parking. Bunkhouse offers smart tv, arcade game, games, puzzles, more.

Located on a cove in Canadian, minutes from Eufaula, “BuffalOasis” offers a quiet retreat after a fun day on the lake, and one where you will see abundant wildlife as well.

The main house is approximately 1400 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, stocked kitchen with high end appliances, and cozy living room with a fireplace and smart tv.

The bunkhouse provides an addl 400 sq ft of fun, big screen smart tv, arcade game, games, puzzles and more! With 2 sofa sleepers and another 3/4 bath - you have room to spread out (and it has heat and a/c).

Outside are 2 decks front and back, lots of wildlife watching and lake views, and an amazing fire pit with plenty of wood to burn for cozy nights watching the sunset and stargazing. (Note, the fire pit is not screened)

The dock is located in the deeper part of the cove - just a short walk down the Corps of Engineers easement, and allows boating and fishing from the dock all year round. (Bass fishing - right down the hill!)

Our property also allows enough parking for an RV, boat trailer plus up to 3 vehicles.

BuffalOasis is located in Arrowhead Estates in the town of Canadian, which is one exit south of Carlton Landing and minutes from the town of Eufaula. Arrowhead State Park is very close by, providing 18 holes of golf, playgrounds and a beach. Head a little further south and you’ll discover the little town of Krebs, also known as Little Italy with amazing family-owned Italian restaurants. A little further south is McAlester with a cute downtown and plenty of shopping options.

We love this area of the lake. There is so much to explore both on and off the water. Locals told us this is the quieter part of the lake for the best fishing (it’s a quick ride north in your boat for all the marinas and activities!) There is literally bass fishing happening right down the hill. On land, the wildlife sold us - we guarantee you’ll see deer, plenty of birds, and possibly foxes as there is a fox den down the hill from our property and at the end of the cove. If you are fortunate enough to time it right, you may also witness migrating white pelicans who land every year - again, right down the hill from our property!

And you’ll find a big Buffalo in the front yard - letting you know you’ve arrived. Have some fun with us- snap photos with your group around the big guy- and help us name it too.

**Please note this is not a party house and parties / loud noises will not be tolerated. If this is your type of weekend I promise we are not the right booking for you. The property is also not “child-proofed” and may not be suitable for toddlers.
