Hi Marina Thank you for your feedback, we welcome all reviews and comments, as it gives us an opportunity to understand our guests’ expectations and our imperfections. Your highlighted concerns were investigated to determine the root cause, and measures have been put in place to mitigate them going forward. The housekeeper has confirmed on your arrival that the Villa was prepared, however, she had just washed the Porch and asked that you wait a few minutes to ensure that it is dried completely. Kindy note the Villa has a stringent cleaning procedure that keeps in line with the past Covid Protocols and have been maintained for your arrival and stay. We kindly note as per Rental Agreement issues with Utility providers, that these are beyond our Control. Prior to your arrival all the Facilities at the Villa were checked and ensured that they were in order, inclusive of the Digicel connection for internet, however, when you arrived and noted the issue, the provider was contacted and it was noted to your group at the time that there were fiber optic and technical issues that were being resolved, during that time we had provided an interim wireless service for your internet use. Kindly note, as pointed out by our Housekeeper to you, there are 2 areas at either side of the Villa for washing your body before entering the Pool However, your concerns have been noted and since your stay, we have acquired an independent wireless service from an alternative supplier as a backup for issues of this nature. Dear Francisca Thank you for your stay at our Villa from the 22nd to the 25thof June 2023 (3 nights) and your feedback, we welcome all reviews and comments, as it gives us an opportunity to understand our guests’ expectations and our imperfections. Your highlighted concerns were investigated to determine the root cause, and measures have been put in place to mitigate them going forward. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and will recommend us to your friends and family, however, your experience with the pool facility was unfortunate, the pool facility has scheduled ongoing maintenance which includes a mandatory service on the day of every guest check-in, you had checked-in early at midday and had enquired about the pool service, which you were able to witness, as it was carried out on the same afternoon. We try to maintain our guest privacy and as such ask them to communicate any concerns, you had communicated to me on the 24th June 2023 at 6:43pm that the pool had become dirty, at that time the pool man was unable to respond until the next morning, unfortunately you were checking out on that day at 8:00am. From this experience, to mitigate the occurrence of such a case again, we are implementing as part of our check-in process, the importance of communicating to our management any concerns as prompt as possible so they can be addressed and also placing addition guidelines on the use and maintenance of the pool facility. Dear Tinisha, We acknowledge all comments, as it gives us an opportunity to continue to provide our guest with the best experience possible, and to improve in areas that require better service. We would, however, note the following: All Guest are advised check-in is at 4pm ( unless otherwise agreed or possible). Management would have noted to you at 6:55am after previous discussions that an earlier check-in was not possible, this was noted again at 12:02pm after further communication with your kind self, at that time which we would have informed you that the previous guest checked out at 11am and preparations were ongoing for your stay, which is the reason we were unable to accommodate you at the Villa at that time, due to the cleaning and work crew preparations. We note the Security was only carrying out required procedure to ensure residents and all guest are secured, which is why allowance was not made until 4pm. Management would have again noted at 4:03pm an Air Condition issue was resolved and the housekeeper was making final preparations for you, also thanking you for your patience. Upon your arrival at the Villa, our housekeeper noting the young kids, asked your permission to have an additional (3rd) mopping, of which you agreed with her, we kindly note that the housekeeper is part of our Management team and only requested this in seeking the interest of our guests, it is regrettable that this was noted as an inconvenience to you and our housekeeper was not recognized as part of our Management team, whom kept in contact with your kind self and of which I had further communications with you throughout your Stay. It should be noted that check-out arrangement was agreed between your husband and our housekeeper on the day of the interim cleaning for a 1pm check-out, thereby giving you additional time of which on check-out you left the Villa earlier with no communication and the front door ajar. Our housekeeper on entry had to check the entire Villa to ensure all was intact. We the Management empathize the situation with the young kids, however, we have no control over travel arrangements and waiting times outside of the schedule and Villa timeline. We regret the one (1) hour inconvenience, however, appreciate the remainder of your Stay was a perfect experience. We wish you the best to your and your family Natasha
