The hot tub was our favorite part after the hike up to Natural Bridge! Will definitely be back.

Arrived to find HVAC problems. Fans were there and temperature was moderate. Cookware was burnt and not usable. Housekeeping was minimal and we had to rewash the sheets. There are no shelves in refrigerator. Road to cabin is very rough and would be difficult for a low profile car to navigate. Property management had HVAC repaired and heat was on 2nd night. A bit rough around the edges. Just ok to stay there.

The cabin was just as pictured and it was great! Of note a few items that would have been helpful to know: the drive up to the house is very steep and there is a big pot hole in the middle of the road so my little civic was battling, there were no extra blankets on the property other than the ones on the bed which would have been fine if we came in June but we came in January and the thermostat couldn’t get above 67 and there was a draft along with a window being left open prior to arrival. Also, if you go bring your own coffee for the coffee pot as I was surprised to see no coffee either. Otherwise the place was gorgeous l, affordable, and we loved the hot tub!

The place was clean and cute, and I even asked for roses to be put our since it was our honeymoon. They were so kind and did so, and even added a few other things to spice it up! They went above and beyond what I'd expect of a host. Thank you for an incredible stay!

The house looks just like the pictures. There were a few things that could use a more thorough inspection eye. The lockbox the key is in was very difficult to get open, it seemed like it was sticking some. Over all the house was pretty clean minus a few cobwebs. There were light bulbs out between the inside of the house and the exterior. I would suggest removing the bathmat in the tub as they cannot be cleaned throughly between guests. We wanted to use the hot tub but when we opened the lid it only smelled like the mildew that was growing on the inside of the cover and did not smell like chlorine at all. With a few small changes this place would be amazing!

Cabin and hot tub were great. Driveway up to the property definitely needs repaved. Loved feeling secluded and out in the woods but 30 minute or less drive to everything we wanted to do. Overall, great weekend.

Upon arrival, we realized that the drive up to the cabin was on a considerably steep and narrow path. The neighboring cabin are closer than expected. The cabin was advertised to have WIFI available yet it did not. Also, there was a note left on the table saying the cabin had been cleaned prior to arrival. I found the counter tops, dishes, and silverware all needing to be dusted/cleaned before use. We ended having to cut our trip short. We called the number that was given to contact management, to let them know and ask a question or two. It has been 3 days since and i have yet to hear from them regarding the message that was left. Overall, it was a decent cabin but i would not recommend.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hillside Loft. The hot tub was wonderful. The wooded area is beautiful! There’s 3 or 4 other cabins on the private drive but the privacy is decent. We enjoyed the California king bed in the loft and sleeping with the windows open. Could use a few more curtain in the living room for greater privacy. It was a wonderful stay! :)
