The house and garden, including the saltwater pool, are south-facing. A spacious lawn surrounds the sunny building and provides ample space for children to play. The refreshing swimming pool has a wide and convenient step entrance at the end. Young trees and numerous palm trees are scattered around the well-kept outdoor area. The spacious L-shaped terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful gardens is completely covered and offers high-quality, cool wicker furniture that matches the dining areas designed in a similar style - an ideal place to enjoy a drink or, of course, for a relaxed, shared barbecue. At the same time, you can relax here and keep an eye on your children, who can move around freely in the garden. In the evening, the outdoor fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The cosy veranda has numerous ground-level entrances to the interior of the trendy villa, ensuring a light-flooded interior. This enables a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.
Directly behind the spacious terrace is the huge living and dining area with an extremely inviting sofa in front of the see-through fireplace, which creates a particularly rustic ambience against the rustic stone wall. In addition, the softly textured walls are kept in bright white and there are recessed spotlights in the ceiling, which form a particularly aesthetic contrast to the large grey-coloured floor tiles. The dining area with a wooden table and comfortable upholstered chairs matches the stylish furnishings. The Mallorcan building tradition is also honoured, as the door arches leading to the other rooms are clad in sandstone. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and pleasantly large, and there is even space for another attractive dining area. As an external wall has been replaced by a large window, additional light enters the room directly from there and the room also has direct access to the outside. Exclusively fitted with white and vanilla-coloured fitted kitchen units set against an elegant stone wall, the kitchen is impressively and comfortably equipped, which is exactly what you would imagine when choosing self-catering, and the quality could hardly be better. Three spacious, individually styled bedrooms, each with a standard king-size bed for a restful night's sleep; a cot is provided for a baby. To match, there are three absolutely chic bathrooms, designed with elegant tiles and fittings. They each have a walk-in shower, and there is also a bathroom with a large bathtub and bidet.

The beautiful natural beaches in the south, such as Ses Covetes or Es Trenc, are also only approx. 1,400 metres from the finca.
