Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, unvergessliche Zeit in der Villa Benedetta. Die Villa selbst ist ein Traum, absolut authentisch und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns jeden Abend begeistert. Der Pool ist groß und glasklar, und die Möglichkeit, im Zuge eines Pool-Tages den Grill nutzen zu können, war perfekt. Auch das frische Quellwasser werden wir definitiv vermissen! Noch dazu war Paolo der beste Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit mit tollen Tips für Ausflüge oder Restaurants. Auch wenn wir in keinem eine so gute Pizza gegessen haben, wir er sie für seine Gäste macht. :) Grazie mille Paolo für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Perfect relaxing holiday in a 17th century Family house

Beautiful property with an amazing view both from the apartment and the swimming pool. Paolo is the perfect host, helping with luggage, making the best pizzas, giving tips for local visits… We stayed 4 nights with 2 teenagers of 15 and 20 and we had a great time! I definitely recommend!

The host was very welcoming and gracious.

Our stay was better than expected with the spectacular views, surrounded by mountains and Mother Nature. It was peaceful, relaxing and most enjoyable living in a house built in 1636 with modern comforts without having given up its history and charm. The pool area is beautifully organized and super clean.

Fabulous Authentic Tuscan Village Stay

We had a lovely stay at VILLA BENEDETTA - perfectly hosted by Paolo. The old but well maintained building welcomed us with its cool interior and the steep surroundings reminded you that Sillicano is perched on the edge of a mountain. The pool is beautifully maintained and the views are nothing short of stunning. Paolo's pizza is a must and his hospitality towards us and our children is second to none.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Villa Benedetta ist wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super sauber, die Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind neu- und hochwertig, das Wasser ist nicht gechlort. Der Dorfladen von Andrea hält alles für den täglichen Essensbedarf bereit, besonders das frische Gemüse und die Käsetheke sind verlockend. Hierfür schon einmal volle Punktzahl :-) Was das ganze aber noch toppt ist der Hausherr Paolo. Wir haben noch nie einen so herzlichen und fürsorglichen Gastgeber erlebt, sehr liebenswert und dabei immer zurückhaltend. Absoluter Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren die zwei Pizzaabende mit allen Gästen und der Familie von Paolo. Paolo hat aus dem wunderschönen Aufenthalt einen Traumurlaub für uns gemacht. Beautiful old hunting house with modern swimming pool in balcony type location. Very kind, friendly and discreet host who enjoys looking after guests cooking the most magnificent pizzas snd bambolinis! Location is quiet and the area is covered in forest and great villages. Good for walking. Commuting to more touristic places can take a while. But great place. Thanks to Paolo!

Magnifique séjour à Campogiorno

Excellent accueil très chaleureux, logement très confortable, spacieux, site très beau et calme, magnifique vue sur les montagnes, nous avons pu nous retrouver en famille, au calme, profiter de la nature, de belles ballades, découverte de joli villages... Campogiorno se trouve dans une vallée assez reculée, il faut prévoir du temps de voiture pour rejoindre Lucques, Pise ou la côte au niveau de Massa ( accès impressionnant). Une très belle découverte, et de supers vacances, merci à notre hote

Super entspannter Urlaub.

Die Villa Benedetti ist wunderschön in einem kleinen Dorf in den Bergen gelegen. Das Haus ist uralt, aus dem 15.Jahrhundert, mit vielen alten Einrichtungsgegenständen, sehr romantisch. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber. Wunderschön ist die Poolanlage mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, und einen herrlichen Blick auf die ganze Umgebung, dort kann man sehr schön entspannen. Paolo der Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der immer für einen Rat bereit ist, und für uns sehr leckere Pizzas zubereitet hat. Insgesamt ein wunderbar entspannter Urlaub in einer uralten Kulturlandschaft, in der jedes Dorf ein Juwel ist, besonders das kleine Städchen Baga 30 min entfernt ist besonders zu empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöner und erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr schön, im alten Still gehaltene Anlage, es kommt einem vor, man wäre im 18en Jahrhundert. Schöne Anlage, großer Poll mit mehreren Liegen und Schirmen. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, man kann Ihn alles fragen und bekommt gute Tipps. Leider, nicht für Schwindel anfällige Personen, die Fahr dort hin ist Kurvenreich und end, es geht ständig rauf und runter, dafür wird man mit Ruhe und toller Aussicht belohnt die Ihres gleichen sucht.

Wunderbarer Zrlaub bei Paolo

Lieber Paolo, Wir bedanken uns sehr für die wunderbaren Tage bei dir in deinem Hause. Eine fantastische Villa mitten in den Bergen, mit besonderem Toskana-Flair. Du hast dich sehr um uns gesorgt, dass wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Und das konnten wir auch gegenüber den anderen Gästen bemerken. Du kümmerst dich um deine Gäste mit vollster Hingabe. Vielen Dank auch für den Pizzaabend, ebenso konnten wir am Bombolonifest teilnehmen. Es war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und erholend. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen. "Ciao Paolo" und arrividerci. Excellent séjour à la Villa Benedetta casa Lola

Nous sommes une famille de cinq et nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La grande villa de Paolo est remplie de charme et est vraiment typique ! L'appartement est confortable et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est très propre et assez grand . La piscine est géniale avec une vue sur les montagnes et la vallée splendide. La piscine est à l'eau salée et non au chlore. Le propriétaire, Paolo est un homme de grande qualité. Il se démène pour vous trouver une solution, C'est le meilleur propriétaire que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent. Si vous voulez passer un moment sympa , au repos et que vous voulez vous purifier le cerveau, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Holidays with exzellent view

First of all, let me mention Paolo is the best host we ever had. The communication was excellent and he answered always in a short period. His helpfullness, hospitality and the tips he gave where more than great. If you are looking for an accomodation in a quite location with a pool, than Villa Benedatta should be your first choice. The pool was cleaned and Paolo don‘t use chlorine, so it is sustainable. The appartment was equiped with all Things you need. We highly recommend his appartments.

Heerlijk verblijf in Toscane

We hebben het heerlijk gehad met zijn 5 -en. Onze dochters van 9,10, en 12 jaar amuseerden zich heel goed in het zwembad en rondom het huis met verstoppertje of spelletjes. Het lijkt dan ook op een soort kasteel. Het appartement was heel schoon en ruim genoeg voor ons vijven. Het uitzicht is prachtig, elke avond genoten we van een (volle )maan. Heel fijn was het dat we handdoeken kregen van het huis en gebruik mochten maken van de wasmachine. Dat scheelt een hoop bagage. Paolo is een fantastische gastheer. Heel vriendelijk, vrolijk en hij maakt heerlijke pizza’s waar wij een paar keer van hebben mogen genieten. De omgeving is erg mooi. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. Het dorpje zelf bestaat uit een paar straten, een winkel en een kerk. We zijn uiteindelijk in Pisa, lucca en Florence geweest. Florence is nog een reis van ruim 2 uur.( tot centrum) maar goed te doen zodra je op de autoweg zit. Houdt er rekening mee dat de afstanden die je over een uur rijdt beduidend korter zijn dan in Nederland. Al met al een geweldige vakantie gehad en we komen zeker terug want we zijn nog lang niet uitgekeken.

Verblijven in een prachtig gelegen historische villa

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in de historische villa Benadetta uit 1636! We werden ontvangen door de uitermate vriendelijk, trotse en goed Engels sprekende eigenaar Paolo. Hij staat altijd voor je klaar. Hij trakteerde alle gasten een avond op heerlijke zelf gemaakte pizza’s uit de authentieke oven. Wij verbleven in appartement Lola en hadden vanuit alle kamers van het huis en vanaf het balkon in het bijzonder een prachtig weids uitzicht over de heuvels. Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Onze jongste van 10 kon in een bedje op de ouderslaapkamer slapen. De andere 2 kinderen hadden een mooie eigen slaapkamer. Ook het zwembad lag prachtig en is zeer goed onderhouden. Er is veel ruimte rondom het zwembad. In het dorp is ook een klein winkeltje, dus je kunt je auto laten staan.

Beautiful Villa in Garfagnana

We had a marvellous time in Villa Benedetta with our two sons. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the pool was great for relaxing after our trips to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the local towns. Paolo was a great host and we especially enjoyed the home made pizza. Hopefully, we will be able to return one day!

Beautiful Tuscan apartment with amazing views and a stunning pool area.

My husband and I stayed in Villa Benedette with our two boys (16 and 15) in August 2018. We rented apartment Casa Lola which was very clean and comfortable, and had a large balcony with stunning views. The pool area was lovely and great for relaxation. The property owner, Paulo, was very friendly and helpful, and his home made pizzas cooked in his own stone oven were the best! Thank you Paulo for welcoming us into your beautiful family home. A car is recommended for seeing the beautiful surrounding area.

Picturesque and relaxing

The villa is set in a tiny village nestled on a beautiful hillside. The owner, Paulo, is so welcoming, helpful and informative going way beyond expectations. This is an unspoiled part of Tuscany and very peaceful.
