The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a private external staircase that leads directly to a small private garden. Here you can enjoy pleasant outdoor moments thanks to the barbecue, perfect for summer evenings and dinners after a day at the beach. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bright living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower box. The highlight of the property is the large furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing and enjoying the island’s mild climate in complete tranquility
The location is perfect for exploring the western side of Elba. In addition to nearby Fetovaia, you can reach other iconic beaches such as Cavoli, Sant’Andrea and Marina di Campo within a few minutes by car, for a holiday that combines sea, nature and discovery

Very Important: The parking space is private, but it is not located within the property and is about 200 meters away. However, it is possible to load and unload luggage directly in front of the apartment.
