The apartment features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The double bedroom also has a single bed, while the bathroom is complete with a shower enclosure. A hallway separates the living area from the sleeping area, providing greater comfort and privacy.

One of its main advantages is its location: just 5 minutes' walk from Marina di Campo beach and the town's main amenities. Restaurants, bars, shops, ice-cream parlours, the harbour and the seafront promenade, perfect for sunset walks, are all within easy walking distance.

Bed and bath linen: the apartments are not equipped with bed or bath linen. Linen can be rented up to 7 days before arrival: €40 for the double bed and €20 for the single bed. Linen can only be collected from our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
