Carpet dirty old, thin and poorly fitted. I didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. Balcony and balcony chairs dirty. Chairs were old plastic patio chairs and were dirty. "Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

"After a long day of emptying a property, we were looking forward to getting to our room and winding down for the night. Upon arrival into the room, it was like an oven opening up the door. It was 30-degree heat outside, and not one window had been left open to help ventilate or keep the room cool. We had to open our main door to try and let some air enter the room as it was absolutely unbearable to stay in there. Then it was time for a shower. "Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available. As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended."
