"Las instalaciones del hotel buenas, camas comodas. La única queja es el trato del personal de lobby. Nada amables y no atienden de buena manera. Además para poder ingresar nos pidieron una identificación de ciudadano americano o alguna identificación donde demostremos que alguien del grupo vivia o tenia Residencia Americana, en ningun hotel de toda mi vida de viajero me habían pedido algo asi. Si vas de turismo internacional como es posible ese requisito? Tuvimos que pedir el favor a un conocido...

"This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property."
