"Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back."

Pedí comida al cuarto de li que habia en el menú pero no lo tenían disponible. Terminé cenando un café y un pedazo de cake. El servicio del café siempre fue eficiente La habitaciones ampluas. "We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "
