"Communication was great! The location was easy to find with enough parking right in front of the house. The AC units worked great and we were comfortable the entire time. "This property was perfect for our three-night stay in Kernville. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy to walk to river. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Loved spending time on the little outdoor patio/balcony in the evenings. A family of deer graced us with their presence one night, which we enjoyed. A little strange having to wear a wristband all weekend but maybe a better solution can be found to identify guests in the future...?"
