"The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. "Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief gut und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Einen gut englisch sprechenden Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Check in lief gut! Das Haus ist bei der Einrichtung ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber für den Preis war es okay. Wir waren zufrieden! "

"Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Ja, der Geruch... so riecht nun mal Holz der älteren Bauart. Auch gibt es mehr als genügend Geschirr. Auch bei uns hat eine Kaffeemaschine nach 12 Tagen aufgegeben was wohl an dem hohen Kalkgehalt im Wasser liegt. Wir hsben sie gegen eine günstige neue ausgetauscht. "Large spacious villa with plenty of shaded areas. Lovely master suite, good air con. Kitchen slightly jaded could do with a refresh. Welcome manual much needed as no info left for WiFi, taxi, area in general. Villa planet responded quickly and resolved any issues effectively but info in Villa would be better. Gardeners came during the day which was disappointing as felt this should be done in-between change overs. Small number of areas that could do with replacing - door handle, shower screen...
