"I'd rate this overall very good. There were just a few small things that kept it from being excellent — primarily the air conditioning. They advertise A/C, but you have to keep the temp at a range of 72 to 76. Since it was muggy but not super hot, we couldn't use the AC to dehumidify the flat, so sleep was uncomfortable for my very heat-sensitive husband. "Amazing location. From the hot tub or the deck overlooking the creek, you are surrounded by lovely trees, and feel like you are far away. And yet, you are one block from town. The space was comfortable and quiet. We will make it a point to stay there again ."

"My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and we had everything we needed to include a pack n play for our 2 year old! We loved being walking distance to family friendly restaurants and shops, and especially appreciated the fenced in area when outside the apartment where the kids could play and we could have peace of mind they wouldn’t get to the sidewalk or street. "We came to Moab to visit capital reef national Park, canyonlands national Park, and arches national Park. This location did not disappoint at all. We were able to walk to several restaurants and were able to conveniently drive from this location. It is only for two people, but is perfect for a couple. "Anazing location- right downtown and 10 minutes from Arches. Very clean. Host responded immediately when we needed wash clothes. Check out easy. Kitchen has salt and pepper shakers.
