"The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. "

"Great remodeled apartment - new, clean, and fresh. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. The owners were very nice and highly responsive.
Two small improvements:
•A later checkout than 10 AM would help, especially after a long hike the day before.
•The balcony grill was dirty and not usable.
Overall, a very good stay"

"This was a very nice place to stay, however, it would have been nice to know in advance that this was a two story home. I am 76 with a knee and two hips that were replaced and doing all those steps to get to the bedroom and laundry room was difficult."

"This place much better than pictures. They might try to improve pictures to get more attractive because this place was much nicer than pictures.
Everything good, just not have much of the view but you get out and canyon view are right there. 😊"
