"It’s a nice touch that they offer complimentary breakfast. However, the selection is quite limited (not even yogurt), and coffee is served in paper cups, which I wasn’t particularly fond of. The rooms look clean overall, but there are a few maintenance issues in the shower, bathroom, and ceilings that could use some attention or renewal. That said, our stay was very pleasant overall, and the staff did a great job. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"The staff member handling check-in was fumbling and the process did not go smoothly. The following day, upon returning from an outing, the entrance code was not working; when I asked for it to be reset, the staff member responded as if it were no big deal. The room was not cleaned the day after check-in; it was only cleaned on the third day, so I was unable to tell whether cleaning was carried out daily or every other day, and no information had been provided at check-in. Overall, the staff’s customer service skills appear to be lacking."
