The house is situated in a quiet area. Opposite is a walk to take a stroll and has a ecovia to Village Anchor Beach (about 3 Km) always by the sea, to make optimum paseios walk. The 50 m has cafes and 200 m cash machine, shops, railway station and the town center.

You can also buy fresh produce and organic produce such as vegetables, fruits, honey, wine, etc ..

Moledo is one of the best beaches in northern Portugal, great to stroll along the sand to the mouth of the Rio Minho.
