Jimmy and Esther were fabulous hosts as we had a wedding in the area. They went out of there way to accommodate all our requests and would love to come back sometime... without the kids..lol

Great getaway.

My wife and I had a family function in the area and found this amazing place to stay. Jimmy and Esther make you feel like home. The entire property is nothing but amazing. We will definitely be back to stay it was the most relaxing stay we have ever had.

Wonderful vacation rental!

The house was full of charm and stories. Jim and Esther were great hosts that made us feel right at home! They were kind and courteous! Highly recommend this BNB.

House was very nice. The decor was quite quaint. Esther & Jimmy are wonderful hosts and give you plenty of personal space. We had a huge bedroom as well as an adjoining dining room. All in all a great experience.

Friendly hosts in beautiful home

We had such a lovely visit with our hosts. The kids were fascinated by everything in the house, from games to decor, to the studies on the beds. We had such a lovely chat with our hosts. It was a shame our visit was so short.

Wonderful property!

Jimmy & Esther were wonderful. Hearing the history of the manor added to the enjoyment of our stay. The rooms are spotless & comfortable. Jimmy & Esther made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, we look forward to stopping in again, to enjoy relaxing on the front porch!

Perfect stay

Jimmy and Esther were wonderful hosts. Made us feel right at home. Not to mention the beautiful property at home. My kids were just completely fascinated by all of the artifacts And special stories that came with the home. I would recommend this to any family member or friend or anyone as a perfect spot

Stop Looking!

Stop looking and go ahead and book here. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed at. We travel a lot because our son plays college football. Jimmy and Esther were so kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Everything was clean and comfortable. You will not regret the decision to stay here. The house is absolutely beautiful 😍

Wonderful old house, best hosts ever!

I needed a getaway and this was perfect. Thank you Jimmy and Esther for taking such good care of me!! I woke up from my afternoon nap to beautiful cookies on the dining room table. I guess they weren’t sure what I would like for breakfast so they just put out everything! Needless to say I was well fed. I love plants and so enjoyed the nature walk around the property. See you again, I hope!!!!!

Best Bed and Breakfast

We arrived and were pleasantly greeted by Mrs. Esther and Mr. Jimmy. They were the best host. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was a place you can relax, learn, and enjoy. The beds were the best because we slept like never before. I wished I stayed longer than 1 night. It is an experience I recommend to anyone. Lots of surprise experiences and if history is your thing this is definitely the place. Also, you know it's a great place when your teenagers are sad to leave and request to return.

The house was so beautiful! And the history just adds to it. The couple that own it are such a sweet and friendly couple. Very welcoming and sat with my husband and myself for a few hours and just chatted with us. We were there for New Years and everything mostly closed so they went out of their way to order BBQ for the evening meal. We will definitely be back for another longer stay! Would totally recommend staying here. The price is perfect because most places around there are very pricey. So stay here and no where else! You won’t regret it I promise ❤️
