Awesome place to stay in a great location. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. Super clean, quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the lake within close proximity to town. We were a group of 4 couples and this was a perfect place for us. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the view both in the morning while having coffee and in the evening after being in the heat all day.

Both lake level living area and patio great to relax and talk with friends. Very Clean. Used the outside gas grill to make steaks, played foosball and darts. Beds all comfortable. Door access easy. Would stay here again.

The place was the best one on Lake of the Ozarks that we have stayed at and we all had a great time. Everything we needed was there and it was easy to get to but you do have to watch out for deer crossing the road.

Beautiful & Clean Lake Home!

This home and dock was absolutely perfect. We were there over the weekend so it was a little rough at the dock Saturday for our boat & just swimming, but we still had a great time! Checking in was an absolute breeze! We got there about 15 minutes earlier than “check in time” and we were able to access the house with our code with no issues. The kitchen was the perfect size and stocked VERY WELL with the things you would need to just prepare meals. The combo keurig with the single cup or full pot option was perfect for us. We used one of the crockpots provided and the double toaster also. The little pantry was the perfect space to put all our extra snacks and dry foods in. We all loved having a view from the kitchen that looked straight out to the dock and patio, because that made it so easy to keep an eye on the kids. AC was nice and cold! Plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms for our group of 6 adults and 7 kids! The patio was great to hang out on in the evening to make smores or drink our morning coffee. I’m just overall blown away with how clean the whole house was and how well it was stocked. The dock was the perfect size with the perfect amount of shade and sun. Plenty of room to clean fish and keep our boat in the extra slip. We all really did have the best time and made lots of great memories there. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly and the parking was great for our 4 trucks and a trailer. We would love to come back in the future!

Peaceful

This home was perfect for my grown children and their families! So much room and so much to do! We jumped off the dock, we brought a small blow up pool for the little ones and sat it right on the deck. The deck was great for hanging out! We ran in the neighborhood every morning. Great location if you want a quiet area. We went to the Cave bar often to let the kids swim and it’s very close to the house. Our family really loved our stay.

Celebrating Mom's 90th with Family

This is a great property! So well cared for - we all felt like we were at home. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable - although we hardly spent any time because the rest of the house was sublime! The gameroom provided great entertainment - my nephews went straight for the dart board!We loved sitting on the dock and enjoying Lake of the Ozarks. The boat slips were perfect for our kayaks and rented Jetski. The kitchen is very well appointed - we had everything we needed for memorable family meals. Lots of games were played around the big dining table.The hosts were so gracious. We were able to check in early - which made all the difference because a rain storm made our plans for the early afternoon impossible. This place was a dream come true for our family.Thank you!!

Adult sibling and spouse annual gathering

We had a delightful time both at the house and in the Lake of the Ozarks area. While the house was a little distant from almost everything (20-30 minutes to get to almost everything), it was quiet and very nice as housing - ideal for the four couples who gathered!

Beautiful home and great location!

We rented this house to accommodate our kids, grandkids and my nephews. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and grilling outside. Communication with the owners was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Clean and convenient

The house is as described. This is our 2nd year staying here because it was great before. They made updates to the dock and one of the doors that we loved! The shed on the dock is perfect so you don't have to haul everything up the stairs each night. The sofa sleeper isn't super comfortable but worked for 11 year ikds.

Family Lake Fun

This house was perfect for our family and also very "homey", which we liked. Comfy beds, wonderful kitchen and eating area, small, but adequate bathrooms. The dock and outdoor areas are so nice...we used the grill and the fire pit, and the porch swing is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the location on the lake is great too, just the right amount of boat traffic. Super fun stay!
