  • Our cozy cottage sits in a quiet family friendly neighborhood known for its charm. Its just a short walk to Laite Beach, to town, restaurants and the YMCA. It comfortably accommodates a small family. Very pet friendly. Crib is available. EV CHARGER AVAILABLE

    This sweet cottage comfortably accommodates a small family of 4 or a couple. We have a queen bed in a private bedroom and a cozy pull out foam mattress in living room. Travel crib available to families with little ones.

Great communication with host. House was clean and inviting. Location was perfect for walks to town and surrounding activities. Cottage was big enough for 3 people to stay comfortably. Host went out of their way to clean our car off after a snow fall and driveway was cleared before we woke up. Def recommend staying here.

Fun on the East Coast

Beautiful property and within walking distance to the beach and downtown activities. Amanda was exceptional and always ready to help with sightseeing advice. We really enjoyed our relaxed stay and would love to return someday soon.

Great place, great location

This cottage is very cozy and ideal for it's location, it's a nice walk to restaurants and shops in town. The owner always responded quickly to questions we had, she was very easy going and helpful. It's a wonderful place to stay in Camden. We would definitely book there again!

Jacobs Avenue Cottage

Jacobs Avenue Cottage is absolutely perfect! Very comfy living area and bedroom. So many nice touches like coffee choices, nice bath products and comfortable linens. We definitely hope to come back.

My wife and I loved the peace and quiet of this cute, well appointed little cabin. It was located within a 10-minute walk of downtown, and within driving distance of all of the things you want to do in this part of Maine... But the peace and quiet at night fell miles away. The host was fantastic and answered anytime we needed her.

Great Location, Dog friendly, Comfortable and great communication!

What a wonderful spot in the heart of Camden Maine! It is perfect for a couple or small family. Beautiful decor and comfortable mattress. The owner is extremely dog friendly, as is the neighborhood, with an amazing no-leash beach in a beautiful spot on the bay (great place to watch the sunrise) a short walk from the cottage. We want to come back!

Quiet but close to everything

Had a wonderful week in the cottage. Cute converted garage with everything you need for a great vacation including a mini-kitchenette. The location is so wonderful. Such a quick walk to all the major things you’ll want in Camden, but on such a quaint quiet street that you won’t realize you are so close. The town itself is very dog friendly, making this cottage even better to bring your pup.

Great stay in Camden

We stayed for multiple nights in the off season at this Camden property and it was lovely. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to/from the heart of town and harbor easily. The property itself was very comfortable for the two of us, cozy and nicely decorated. Listing is exactly as described. Would recommend staying here any time of year.

Cute, cozy & little getaway in Camden

My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage!

Summer Stay with Dog

It was great until after we arrived at 3:30 and the property owner decided to leaf blow the property until 6pm...all we wanted to do was tk.a nap...but we couldn't...otherwise it was clean beautiful and a great location.

Great location, comfy and clean.

Lovely apartment next to owner's house. No problems except for loss of power for a bit (neighborhood-wide) one day. Not a problem as we were out and about.

Cute Cottage Walkable to a Vibrant Town!

The cottage is a former "garage-barn" (2 floors) that's been lovingly re-crafted into a cottage that's nicely decorated with sea-themed and comfy decor. The locale is great if you'd like to ditch your car and walk to restaurants; and bike on nearby trails! We are only cautioning that IF you plan to cook your own meals, the kitchen set-up is on the 2nd floor with the bedroom. It's OK for short, quick meals (e.g microwaveable meals) you wish to prepare, but inconvenient for anything fancier. The hostess-proprietor is approachable; and we loved everything else about the cottage and our stay in Camden!

Idyllic and just the right distance from town

The property was immaculate and welcoming. Communication with the owner was seamless. She made herself available for recommendations and any needs I might’ve had during my stay. Plenty of room to sleep 3 to 4 adults. Everything you need to prepare meals and preserve food was there. The place was in walking distance from coffee, shops, restaurants, water,. But there is no tourist traffic within two blocks of the property. While the place is a little pricey, it actually ended up being less than any hotel room. I would have rented considering taxes and fees. This place was top rate, classy, and perfect.
