Several folding doors were off the tracks, the ottoman was torn in several places. There was a basket with kitchen necessities. Doggie bags were included, which I thought was a super nice touch. The pans that I used were spotless. There were filled ice trays in the freezer ready to go. I received no check in directions until I requested...
